I Officially started my Power washing and Landscape business, August 2020. I was doing it as a weekend warrior for years but I started having so many people call me I quit my 9-5. Just this year I was able to buy a riding mower, truck, trailer, power washer and take on a part-time employee. Only thing I have a loan on is the truck. Thank you, Jesus!
What you bringing home a month ? I dont need exact figure . Is it above 10k ? above 20 k ? Just trying to understand if its worth getting into ? Love my job but looking for additional gig that dont involve staring at the screen.
@@mtsurov I was under 10k a month but some months were better than others. Just keep an open mind. If you think you can do it, just do it! I think most people don't understand the hard grind at first. Once you get momentum it gets a lot easier. Just be smart about scaling your equipment. Most of all just be open and honest with your clients. I was able to walk away from some messes because I was honest.

I was born into the business and grew up hating it, my Dad once told me to do whatever work I wanted to do, he didn't want me to follow his footsteps. The landscape skill was a backup ,just in case. From the age of 18 through 28 I left my dad's business to do Sales for a microchip company, at 28 I came back to help my dad's company grow and at 38 my dad retired and sold his company. I had a choice whether to continue the brand he established or to start my own, I was able to take two years off and go back to school until I got recruited to be a recruiter for a Landscape company. The company I work for has shown me that you can grow as big as you want, we have over 2,000 employees and are top ranked in the nation. Work hard and the money will follow, drop the poverty mentality and move on
I'm from the UK (Manchester) and have followed you for afew years. Last year I went self employed and barely made 7.5k with 6.5k expenses. This year and I've still got 2 months left of cutting season I've doubled the income already and expenses have been about the same as last year. But recently I've hit that wall where you said you'll feel like your not making anything. It's been making me think of giving up. But after this video it's actually given me hope and that I should push through. I've been a gardener for a long time. Always working for someone else and never having enough money for winter when I got laid off etc. But knowing that I've just helped someone else make that 100k for the year we'll I've barely made 10-15k and struggling to pay bills and feed my family. It gave me the push to go self employed. I've been stupidly swamped with work as I've grown rapidly this year but I never knew the headache it was going to be organising all of it. But thank you man you have been a big inspiration for me.
Love this, the way I started my company was unique because I worked nights and landscaped during the day for like 9 months that way all of my landscaping money got reinvested back into my small business. I thank God that we are doing over 2 million dollars after 4 years
March 2020 I launched my company and made 185k revenue! It was a struggle, specially starting the pandemic. We were still able to stay busy and learned alot in our first year.
I watched this video In August 2022 and started with a strimmer I was making £20 every day or 2 then slowly but surely word of mouth around my area went wild and I was making £60 a day by the start of October and all in I made £1.385 in 3 months and now I’m doing my driving test in 2 weeks I live in Northern Ireland and the summers are short so iam expanding into guttering and power washing in colder months I cannot thank you enough iam 26 and this has gave me a vision and a plan to grow this into a flourishing business ☝️🧑🏼🌾🌳✅
I have one employee and we knock out between $1200 and $1,500 a day mowing lawns. I do some landscape one day of the week but it seems like mowing is where the money is. As I only get around $110 per yard of mulch I lay. And we can knock out 40 $35 lawns in one day
Can you give ballpark numbers for a month and a year estimate with a two man crew based off your experience? How many yards do you do a month more or less and are they the same ones that you mow twice a month ?
My husband has been in landscaping, working for other companies for the past five years. Last year him and I started doing side jobs on the weekend to make some extra money. This April we decided to start our own company, and since April 27th our revenue is 32k with a 51% profit margin. Sometimes we hire my brother on but most jobs just my husband and I suffice. It is the most stressful, terrifying, exhausting, amazing, awesome experience I have ever undertaken. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Soooo true. Revenue means nothing if you have no profit. I currently run 4 crews and am out of the field. Trying to copy and paste this thing to the moon but the problem is finding staff to allow it. There's no shortage of work.... Just help. Still, I'm able to walk away with a six-figure salary so I can't complain too much.
@@keith-kalfas Yeah I believe it was $124k last year..... Revenue varies year-over-year But it was roughly 485k last year. I try to keep it pretty lean.... We've got a shop in all the usual overhead but I don't do equipment/truck payments. We pay cash for that stuff
Everyone keeps talking about how the forex and crypto markets can be very profitable but I haven't been enlightened much about it. How can I make the best investments?
The philosophy of the rich and the poor is this, the rich invest their money and spend what is left. The poor spend their money and invest what is left. Thanks to Morgan Delbert I have made massive profits investing in forex and crypto
@@emilycuthbert7461 I invest with Morgan Delbert too. At times crypto and forex trading is seen as a gambling, but that's not true. You have to do with what you have to get what you want. Trading the market might seem difficult but Mrs Delbert is very good
I also just started trading with Mrs Morgan Delbert, she is the best at what she does with an initial investment of $3000 I made up to $8000 in just a week of trading with her, her strategies are mind blowing
@@DiegoHernandez-fs1gm The key to reaping the benefits of the forex market is using a professional stockbroker with a sound strategy. I lost about $7000 to a scammer before I was linked to Delbert, and I'm really ecstatic about the decision I made. Now she has helped me recover my $7k with an extra $4k in the space of 2months
I'm located in Central KY the company is Lincoln Lanscaping LLC and we focus on tree work and I've followed your advice from the beginning on pricing right instead of just being scared ps. That is the last 2 months, we are also on track to match it this month
I figure 85 per man to cover my overhead. We do drainage and some landscape construction. So maybe a bit more overhead involed in that over landscaping.
@@High-Flow-Drainage-Solutions I wanted to do a little bit more of that type of work but I really don't know what I'm doing. The only thing I've ever done is a French drain on my house by my shop and I think I had a quarter inch drop within 10 ft

You're pulling 6 figures of net personal Income? How much revenue are you doing?
@@keith-kalfas Yeah I believe it was $124k last year..... Revenue varies year-over-year But it was roughly 485k last year. I try to keep it pretty lean.... We've got a shop in all the usual overhead but I don't do equipment/truck payments. We pay cash for that stuff
I'm entering into a new service field still lawn related but.. im bout to be rich
Went from good man to buy my course real quick
Mine set
Solo 5.5 months into the year, 50k net profit so far
Boom!
I've heard a lot of amazing things about Morgan Delbert but I have no idea how to get to her? I've lost enough money for myself
I started 6 moths ago and I make a bit over 10k per month profit
That is nice 👍
In profit? That's super awesome bro. Do you make $10k per month in your highest month? Or on a running average? Where are you located?
I'm located in Central KY the company is Lincoln Lanscaping LLC and we focus on tree work and I've followed your advice from the beginning on pricing right instead of just being scared ps. That is the last 2 months, we are also on track to match it this month
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Is not as easy as it sounds 😂 getting client's is the worst! They are always going to go somewhere else cheaper! Definitely not worth it.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂can you make a little money????????? Or a lottt of money????😂
If your window cleaning business was good then why'd you had to start a landscaping business🤔
For landscapers: where do you pee if you have to work all day outside in peoples yards.
Seems like you can make more money by making videos.
Never be below $70/hr PER MAN
I figure 85 per man to cover my overhead.
