I was diagnosed in 2020 with the same. Tried Terriflunomide, Antidepressants etc. Then I started doing Wim Hoff Method and Bhastrika Pranayama which helped me to get back to normal. I have stopped taking Antidepressants and Other medicines.
Don't worry dear...... U will get well soon.....m also suffered from the same disease for 5 years.....u will be okk slowly but effect will remain... Don't lose your confidence 💪💪👍

Very informative video about skin disorders ... its not necessary that one have to take medicines for life long, you can prefer Ayurveda treatment for this disorder. I will recommend planet Ayurveda’s skin care pack which has prove to be really beneficial in treating this. I have this same problem and I ma using it and genuinely getting better results.
