I used to eat multiple Warheads to the point that my tongue would basically start splitting apart, that was fun. So im curious how sour that candy is compared to Warheads

2:24 9.7 / 10 Score on that bowl scrape. Great speed and accuracy but 0.3 point reduction for no food coloring because we can't see it as well. Also I love how Steve is just focusing on work, jamming out with some tunes in his chocolate room.
I must disagree with the 0.3 deduction, as it was out of their control. You're not going to deduct points for a high dive if the pool cleaner put too much chlorine. I expect a reply, sir.

Update: Currently having one of the "super super sour" (see terry I did it right) green apple hard candies and it is AMAZING. The green apple flavor is so good and the sour throughout is perfect. Also tried your guys' regluar super sour candy and they're also delicious!!!! Can't believe I waited this long to place an order! Thank you :)
I'm question how the guy paying for the whole batch equates to 6 bags left. The customer should have received the entire batch, not part of. He paid $500 for it.
I think the worst sour candies sold here were standard ones that seemed to be dusted with pure citric acid after they had been made. Most people couldn't keep them in their mouth long.
Lifeguard and swim instructor here- plugging your nose is not embarrassing and anyone who says it is needs to grow up. It's a skill that takes practice, it took regular lap swimming for me to get the hang of it.

I was wondering why you don't use a sifter to more evenly apply the citric acid. I would think it would be less kneading, which looks labor intensive. Great work though!
As much as I would love to buy some Candy. Because I live in Canada, I have to pay a minimum $135 cad plus ice packs and import fees for a bag of candy. Maybe if I ever go to the USA for a trip, I will stop by for some, but for now. Just gonna keep watching the videos

My teeth are aligned as they should be and I also plug my nose with my lip when swimming. Done it my whole life and this is the first time I've heard of someone else doing it. I'm 42, so that's a pretty long time thinking I was a weirdo. PS I think it's 100% down to have the correct lip and nose shape combo! Clearly there are multiple variations of how that can look! 😂
I think because it is somewhat porous and could contaminate the other batches. Not entirely sure about this though, I just know that marble stone is really porous that is why if wine accidentally gets spilled on it it becomes permanently stained.
At one point they talk about Gatorade and it made me wonder if they had ever thought of making a candy that tast like my favoret Gatorade flavor Blue Cherry, I think it kind if tastes the big sweet tarts the blue one but. Gatorade has powdered drink mix so I wonder if that could be put into a hard candy base? I don't know just some stuff that hit my brain when they were talking about Gatorade LoL
