Hi, Thank you for your story. I have been unemployed for some time now and my friends are trying to convince me to start a kombucha business. During the pandemic, I started brewing my Kombucha and I became obsessed with kombucha and fruit roll-ups. Your first stages resonated so well with where I am at and have so many questions. At present, I can't afford to support other than watching the ads and sharing your video. But I do wish to try and make it happen, once I gain some success I'll gladly support the company.
I really liked that you mentioned the difference in store bought and what you grew up with. What I’ve been trying to figure out is how to keep my kombucha be REAL without it exploding on shelves in stores or in peoples homes (REAL as in naturally carbonated by fermentation, because that’s one of my favorite things about my kombucha. It TINGLES.) because something just seems wrong to me when I see videos of brewers kegging and chilling it SO cold that it dies and along with its benefits, then injecting Co2 into it. Sorry, but GT’s tastes almost fake and watered down to me compared to mine. Plus I can’t figure out how to keep it CONSISTENT if the weather happens to change or I get a spunky yeast cloud in a batch. I would really like to sell MY kombucha, not just a sample of its former self. Can anyone help me out. Yes, once in a giant while a bottle or so explode in my home. How can I get around these problems and supply the product like it is on the best days?

Thanks so much Lucia. We'll share this with our friend Rich at Mombucha. And best of luck with your endeavors.
