Actually abhi jo steno recruit hota h o bachche mainly letter typing and assisting officer k job Krte h. Compute ane se phle steno ko bahut dictation lena parta tha. Aisa bhi hota tha ek note book ek din me khatom ho jata tha bas.

@@yuvrajguptaofficial888 abhi skill test me UR ko 56 mistakes allowed grade -D me 1990 onwards UR 20 mistakes krnese competition se bahar ho jata tha. Lkin written exam easy hota tha 50 per cent enough tha. Paper bhi easy hota tha only gk and English 100+100.

Bank mein work load jyda hota hai i guess because of target base work....and pressure itna hota hai k raat ko bhi regional office message dalte hai that tomorrow u should have to deposit this much amount your branch and submit insurance, mutual funds different types of government accounts etc etc... banking is a very hectic field as per my experience
