I have been watching your videos from the US and enjoying them so very much. I have been a cake decorator as a profession for many years successfully. I have learned so much from your videos it amazed me. I have found that many cake decorators have beautiful cakes that are not always the best tasting and many bakers have delicious cakes that are delicious but not beautiful. You have nailed both. I can't wait to integrate so much of what you do into what I do. I loved that you do not skip any step. It helped me figure out what I can do differently making macarons. Mine were good but something just not quite what I wanted. That mixing technique has got to be it. I can't wait to try it. I am so excited to bake and try these things. It doesn't seem enough to just say thank you. You have made such a huge difference.

Made it today. Easy and delicious. I add 2 tsp coffee for this recipe. Works great and tasty. Cant believe I can now make buttercream without failure. Will sure try your other buttercream as well. Thank you so much😘

I'm a complete novice and made this to use on my daughter's chocolate birthday cake. It was amazing! I was amazed that a crumb coat wasn't necessary! Thanks so much! Making it again today only using a strongly flavored cinnamon tea instead of the coffee, and will decorate 2 cheesecakes 1 chocolate and the other vanilla with peaches. Thanks again!

Ingredients are the same method for preparation is VERY different! :-)
