Hi Devi how can I get in contact with you I bought a Defy twin tub washing machine from Ok I only have it for 4 months and it's broken I refuse that Defy must fix it due to its 4 months old and the it factory problem on the item Defy told Ok since the customer don't want parts to be replaced the customer bought the item from Ok sort it out with your customer and Ok tells me thy wait on a response from Defy I bought the Defy twin tub on credit for 18 months but in 4 months I pay the item finish ,I took the Twin tub back to OK it's in the store and all I want is a refund on my money but OK told me that I must wait and hear what Defy say I don't want any Defy products ever or do deals with Defy I bought the Defy twin tub from OK furniture store in store
Hold on so you say you bought the washer 4 months ago, and you got it on 18 months credit. However you only have 4 months to pay it finished? That will mean you had the machine for 12 months and not 4. So please help us understand which one it is?
