8 common, 10 rare 4 epic and 2 legendary here… been pretty lucky with it. My second plot was an epic. Just got my second legendary followed by an epic.
With constant boost, converting, and investing, 102,400 common parcels pays over $250 per day. That replaces a full time job. Hell yeah I wish I was openboosters
I bet he gets lots of free Atlas Bucks for all of the passports for being president and mayor of a lot of cities. Probably can get 5-10 'free' parcels of land per day with those. But I'm sure he has also put tens of thousands of dollars into this. I'm not that committed. :)
@allboutmining4296 good luck, if he's president he has 24,000 parcels, they go by number of parcels you have for mayor, governor, and president, 100,000 parcels will exceed his, there by making you president
I don't think there's a strategy to it. That would mean that the game developers had a layout already set to the 'world' like in minecraft. I think this is just a roll of the dice each time a piece is bought and then that plot is placed into the world. Just my thoughts.
The thing about probability is that you need large numbers to see results close to it. Small datasets (like 15 and even the 37 you show you have overall) aren't large enough to be close to the percentages. That said, with your overall numbers you are much closer to the probabilities in your own distribution: You have 37 parcels total. 17/37 = 0.459 (so 46%) 12/37 = 0.324 (so 32%) 6/37 = 0.162 (so 16%) 2/37 = 0.054 (so 5%) Now, that adds up to 99, so not quite 100 (but I did do some rounding, so that's close enough). If you look at those numbers, you're actually right about where you should be given the probabilities. Put another way, just because the chance of something is 5% doesn't mean if you try it 100 times that you get 5. It's not a guarantee. Probabilities are the % of the distributions of an event when an event is repeated a VERY (and I mean very very very VERY) large number of times. Put yet another way, imagine I had a bag of 100 tiles, and 50 of them were worth $1, 30 are worth $5, 15 worth $10, and 5 worth $20. While it is unlikely, you could pull 95 tiles out and not one of them would be worth $20. Taking just those 95 pulls, you'd think the game was broken. But if you took 5 more, you'd get all $20 tiles. If you just so happened to take those tiles in a specific pattern, you might think that pattern was the "magic" pattern for getting those high paying $20 tiles. And if you just looked at those 5, you'd think you were the luckiest person alive.
Are the 50%, 30%,15% and 5% the chance of you getting that plot or does it mean that is the percentage of all plots on earth, ie 5% of all earths plots are legendary
thx for the info, i did find that beer money engine has a very good couple of strategies as well. I'd cover the finance aspect, time value of money and compounding interest as mentioned below... One big thing I think that you should cover is the atlas earth boost chart... would have to do the math but acquiring land asap to compound $ is best strategy, not going over the 150 plots, then buying 1 passport, hoard atlas bucks until you can get to the next boost point (passports) or next best profit amount on the chart. bc the more plots you have the x30 drops to x20 then to x15 and eventually to x2.... once the land auctions come into play, may be worth (pending prices) hoarding land and ignoring those boosts. would love if you could cover upland if you haven't already. thx again
Based on averages around 41-42 lands is where you’ll want to get the first passport. But every players arsenal is different so use the following: Sum: # common Land (% spawn averages )* respective rent rate (common .11) can eliminate all 0 after decimal must do for both sides of equation. Multiply by .05 (passport boost) = increase in rent if passport bought. Number above must be greater than 2*.11 (eliminated 0 flows through) law of conservativism; worst case scenario if you buy 2 lands you’ll end up with 2 commons. Also note the passport is 200 atlas bucks so opportunity cost has to be equal. 1 passport vs 2 lands. ^ above excercise is for the x30 lowest boost tier for under 150 parcels owned. Lastly, note the x30 was left off on both sides of the equation. Eliminating extra work as they cancel each other out…
Do you think the rare through legendary parcels are placed based on certain qualities of real land they are on such as close to streets, buildings (most of the time if you look closely you can see an outline that is so faint of the house or other building that is there, or other types of land like close to water, or bare land or places like parks? Or do you think they are all just randomly placed according to the percentage that you illustrated in the video? One thing that is for sure is that there are always rates, epics and legendarys somewhat near every common parcel, but even nearer to subsidiary land pieces like legendarys near rates and epics.
From what I've seen I don't think that the Rare, Epic or Legendary plots are tied to anything in real life. I've found them close to and far from buildings, streets, water, etc. I do think that you have a much better chance of finding a Rare, Epic or Legendary when you purchase plots near an Epic or Legendary plot. I'll be putting a video out soon that will show this. :)
Don’t worry guys, I am the King of Commons. Have 131 total plots of land currently, and 73 commons 🤣 only 3 legendary. I’m sure if it was a true 5% chance, and I’ve thrown that dice of chance 131 times- I’d still have to have MORE THAN 3!!! lol I even sent a ticket out to AE after I got 14 commons in a row. Some people just have better luck than others, but for me I’m just hoping that a massive streak of bad luck will be equalized overtime by the laws of math lol
Thanks man! With that said I just spend 1000 atlas bucks on parcels and got 4 of them epic, 3 rare and 3 commons. Remember the laws of math regarding odds is that it always must balance out in the end. That’s how casinos get you, you may win for a bit, but the laws of math will always equalize if you play too long.
Even though legendarys are only 5%, they are everywhere on the map. A 10X10 hunk of land should theoretically carry 5 plots of legendary. Visually if you’re looking in the app, there should be a legendary in the field of vision at all times.
@@allboutmining You’re right I have seen this too. I live by Disneyland and there is a ton of land owned at the park. It looks like mostly rares commons and some epics. But at LAX lots of epics with some legendarys. I wonder if high traffic areas bring more higher value lands.
You would have to define "worth it". If you want to accumulate plots of land quickly, then maybe. Just don't expect a quick return on investment (ROI) as it may take a year or more to make that money back if you stay active. If you use reward aps like Google Opinion Rewards, you can slowly accumulate money that you can use to buy Atlas Bucks without spending any of your actual money. This video may help you out as well... ua-cam.com/video/Ce7nZcgR6FE/v-deo.html
Depending on how you strategically plan things... I have spent about $140 playing and I've made $54 in rent. I started just over a year ago. Since it has been compounding, I figure my break even is less than a year from now, then profit... unless I keep investing in the app. 😆
Ow man those common parcels never fail to disappoint.

Great job! Hope your good luck continues!
I wished there was a place that you could see all the plots purchased.
Me as well. Hopefully soon they will have something like that
Same. They could have a map you could look around but not buy on…
Found that rare, epic and legendary are way more abundant on significant land marks in yr city or major intersections

So do as you would with diamond ore in Minecraft - mine all around the first discovered ore to see how many are touching it. Thank you, sir.

Try this by circling a common and see how those results are. You have to test the good and bad before you can call it good

Nobody mentioned how his percentages do not add up to 100...
Not getting a common for me is what makes it 100%. Yes, I would love to have 5 for 5 legendries but just staying away from commons is my goal.
I was thinking the same thing. 15 parcels bought 7/7/1 rounding up that means it's 47%/47%/0%/6% isn't it? Not 15% legendary
I have 40 commons and 40 total everything else including 5 legends.
My 2nd parcel i bought was legendary, now im wondering is there only one per circle
I have seen up to 5 in a circle area... that is on the next video I'm about to put out.
IV got a few in one
Many videos and I have yet heard a legit strategy. Every video talks about buying land around a legendary which doesn't seem to work
How is that a pattern? Sure seems random to me.
Some seem to be a pattern and some seem random. Check out my other videos where you can clearly see a pattern. :)
The chance of you having 2 legendary plots together is extremely small. I haven't found a pattern. Check my progress vid lol
Someone yesterday had 3 legendary in a row. Not sure how that works lmao

41 thousand dollars to make 1 dollar a day.

True. It takes a while to get going but it does speed up as you play.
