Are there any advantages of using the Bridge Curve as opposed to the Studio Spline? As far as I can tell there are none, unless you want to attach a curve to a datum plane. Also, I find the Studio Spline to be easier to operate and in some cases more powerful. So, wouldn't it be more efficient to always use the Studio Spline for all cases and simply ignore the Bridge Curve?
I find that a bridge curve can give much more control over slightly changing the characteristics of the curve (the sliders) while maintaining both the general shape of the curve and also keeping the curve from "blowing up" down the line when you say update something before it later on. I find that Studio Splines "blow up" more often than Bridge Curves when updating new parameters elsewhere in the part file unless you are picking curves/what ever elements that will not disappear in an update. The only time I use a Studio Curve is when I need to have the curve attach to a cross curve that I'm going to use in a sheet.

Again, it is a matter of shape control and such. They all offer something a bit different.
