I don't even plan on removing any of these. Originally, I uploaded these shows so I could easily listen to them at work, but then I figured that other people might want to hear them too. Half a million minutes watched and counting!
Ixi'kweez HOW DO YOU HAVE SO MANY GREAT HEY-DAY LIVE RECORDINGS OF ALL MY FAVORITE BANDS?? WE'RE YOU A SOUNDMAN A LONG TIME AGO,WHO ARE YOU,MYSTERY GUY? THANK YOU FOR SHARING HISTORY..
I'm just some guy that by the time I was old enough to go to these wonderful shows, these bands were all but broken up. Used to find bootlegs in stores and through ads in the back of Circus Magazine, if that even exists anymore. In the past 15 years or so, I've used a bunch of online resources, like punktorrents.com , dimeadozen.org , archive.org , and I use Soulseek p2p and scour torrents all over the place. Got some more good stuff coming this weekend. Thanks for listening!
I found this way back in highschool on some website, nearly shit my pants when I found something that wasnt the album. That whole month I had it on repeat
the last song is an early version of 'protest and survive'. The part where it sounds like "she's a fucking queen, she's always on the scene" was changed to "protest and survive"
This recording is definitely their original bassist, Jeff Long, who didn’t stay in the band for long but had the best bass lines. The original Wasted Youth line-up was so good, but the later line-ups lacked the intensity and musicianship in my opinion. One thing is for sure, the Lehrer family must have some legendary music genes to produce Lucky and Chet!
I've collected a lot of them over many years, but nowadays, it's easier than ever to stumble upon these, if you know where to look ,and you are familiar with bittorrent. I have three really good sources. 1) archive.org is not great, but I've found some gems mining this site.2) dimeadozen.org - a great site for live music from all genres3) punktorrents.com - My favorite site for all things punk and ska.All of these are free, though some may require a certain upload/download ratio to be maintained. This is easily achieved by leaving the torrent in your bittorrent queue after it has downloaded, thus allowing people to download torrents in part from you.I recommend all of these sites. There might be bands you are interested in that I do not have on my channel. But there's tons of live music to go around. Thanks for listening!
Ever since I heard Black Flag when I was 13(I'm 35 now),I've HAD to collect EVERYTHING & ANYTHING they EVER DID,& you added SO MUCH to my list of FLAG shit that I NEVER EVEN KNEW EXISTED
I made a playlist of all the Black Flag shows I have, in chronological order. I have one or two other shows left to upload (so far), but I won't lie, they sound pretty crappy. And I'm always looking for more. I know they're out there.
back in 81, this band was unreal. alot of great LA bands, but wasted youth were really intense in the beginning
I have not been back to the whiskey since late 81; The Dickies. I lost my shoes there. I’m still recovering.
The Whisky, and the 9:30 Club in DC are my favorite venues to hear shows from.
This band is THE most underrated of all the California hardcore bands imo. Subscribed.
please never EVER delete your account this is history dude

I think the unknown song under Problem Child is called I Cant Count. I saw a setlist of theirs that matches the setlist of this perfectly
Love wasted youth
