Dallas, I've watched your content for 9 years, I have seen almost every episode of your main survival series and I'm glad to say I've been on this amazing journey for almost 10 years. I'm turning 15 when the main let's play turns 10, I'm excited to see where this amazing journey will lead in the future, to 10 years of the making.
@@ragtag369_ Dude I did I watched OG Minecraft UA-camrs back then I got my first tablet when I was 6, I was 6 not 5, it was a few months after my birthday. Also, I didn't have an account back then because I was 6 and had no Email.
As someone who grew up in south louisiana surrounded by bayous and swamps...think of the density of vegetation there. a good example to think is a bayou: muddy beds, trees covered in vines, poison ivy, moss. bald cypress trees with their unique way of growing roots out of the water that are shaped like little cones..called "cypress knees". oak, pecan, spruce trees. palm meadow plants. cattails. seaweed. overall, dont be hesitant to add more plant life and detail with however much you need because it still wont be enough lol
22:18 “Torches are the only light in the game that can be placed on a wall.” You can also place glow lichen on a wall! Great for a subtle light source. 22:54 “I feel like they should add light bulbs.” They did add light bulbs, in 1.21. Copper bulbs! Big fan of the channel!
Fun fact: CIT (Commonwealth Institute of Technology) from Fallout 4 is actually just MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) renamed! Fantastic video, keep up the good vids.
Tell that to the fallout universe as well. These are games we’re playing. I get to decide how big the bomb was and how strong it was. I’m not recreating the fat boy that was dropped on Hiroshima. lol
A forcefield around the fallout area would look cool and it could be like maybe since slime science dropped the nuke it destroyed mostly everything so they time traveled to the past and brought everything back but kept that area destroyed under the forcefield
Dallas im on a new acc and i honestly love your vids. Ive been watching since around episode 150, Ive gotten so much help in Minecraft from you. i trully hope you go further in your adventures and im glad you are happy. You always help to put a smile on my face thanks dallas
Yo Dallas, for your brick Farm idea, you should put all the villagers in the building and add a chunk loader which just loads the chunk when you turn it on wherever you go so the villagers trades will be refreshed
10:50 Dallas, you can already use the bundle on Java edition. Mojang put a data pack in the game which adds the bundle. You can enable it when creating a new world, so to use it in nomadic survival you'd have to create a new world with the enabled data pack and copy it into the nomadic survival world data pack folder.
10 years will be an amazing accomplishment! I feel like it deserves more recognition! I hope YT catches that 10 year video and forces it onto everyone's recommended list!!
If you relog into the game, it will suddenly show up in inventory. But Ive lost couple shulker boxes this way. Recently couple days ago. All my fences gone lol
best part about the Cabot house build is that I just finished that quest line yesterday Edit: just realized that the inside is basically a one to one recreation amazing
Love the Fallout 4 inspiration! Boston City it is a well known and interesting area in the Commonwealth. You nailed the nuclear apocalyptic/ wasteland contaminated area. Keep up the great work! I’ve been enjoying your content for a very long time. Love your videos!💚
I started watching on and off since like episode 168. CQOTD suggestion: what is your favorite style/ size to build in and what blocks do you like to use for the style?
Hey Dallas I’ve been watching you on and off as I play Minecraft over the years and you’re great! Thank you for all your hard work and the inspiration you give us all!
hey dallas! i remember back years ago i would be excited when i got back from school to watch your videos on your let’s play series it’s been so amazing to see that you still make content on that world you are seriously talented but anyways i probably last watched you at around about 2016-2017 i was 12 or 13 back then i think, im turning 20 in august and im studying in university. gosh time flies😭. but seriously its so amazing to see that you are doing great and still doing well on youtube. you are honestly one of the few minecraft youtubers that seem to have a genuine passion for this game rather than the current “100 days hardcore” format that all these youtubers are using these days which just gets so boring and repetitive. carry on doing what you are doing man yoir channel will forever have a place in my childhood and my heart❤️
Looove the fallout phase we’re going through! Fallout 4’s been my favorite game for the longest time so i’m real happy to see some builds on it!! Ever thought on playing the other fallouts? Lots of neat builds to try there. Ooh and have you heard of the Dunwich Mystery? its pretty well-known but for good reason.
What an absolute awesome youtuber , i’ve discovered your channel before like only 1 month or so its not a lot ik but since then i’ve been watching every video you make and its just so fun seeing you doing and building somethings in your huge lovely world hope you luck brother.
Hey Dallas, i've been watching your let's play for 5 years now (jeez it feels like its been just 2) and have enjoyed every second off it. But i have ONE question....when are you finishing the factory?! It's been one of my favourite builds for years and it still isn't finished. PLEASE FINISH IT!
One of the most humble content creators I've seen. Absolutely love your vids man. And your vids put me to sleep so many nights its crazy. Keep uploading please
Dallas you can have bundles on your nomad survival. There is a command you can use pertaining to data packs for worlds created before the toggles were there, like experimental trading and bundles. Source: I saw a line of commands from a PhoenixSC video 😅
The bottom floor walls in the tuff mansion look like they are 3 wide, could be cool to put a tunnel in between them. Like a secret wall cavity. Awesome build BTW.
Hey Dallas, love the builds! Also, the reason you barely got any jungle saplings from the leaves is because jungle leaves have a lower chance to drop saplings for some reason.
That Shulker-Glitch appears quite often in my world. It sits invisible in some slot of the inventory. If it sits in a slot in the hotbar you can still place it on the ground an it is immediatly there. If its in the inventory you have to wait for it to reappear and until that the occupied slot will look empty and can not be used by anything.
Heya Dallas! Love your buildings and especially your ideas and worldbuilding. Tho maybe leave less space between the houses in City areas? The houses look amazing but when you space em too far, it seems less like a City and more like a lineup of houses
Dallas, I you should build a music store somewhere, maybe at the city, you can have all the music discs there and on banners or maps you can make album covers of your favorite irl albums. Love your videos
You can still do the button trick its just that they have a set direction now just place buttons all together and they go the same way no matter what way you place it
You should consider making a video on making little set to really step up our Minecraft houses! (Also I just started playing fall out four and it’s been pretty cool so far!)
0:55 it probably happened because minecraft thinks shulker boxes are entitys, and bedrock is kinda slow on rendering some stuff so i think its a rendering error
Hey Dallas you can also use the old Fallout 4 Minecraft map from the older console games as an idea on how to turn fallout into Minecraft with the different techniques used
I think it would be really interesting if there was a way to tie together all the different lore of this world in some grand story. Connecting areas that currently have no relation despite being close to each other. It would also help guide the world tour by following the narrative of this story
If Items like anything disappears in some situation like lag bite or bug terrain. It can be fixed when opening any chest or any crafting station except from the inventory
Dallas, can you please play the new "realistic mod" in the store...I promise you will love it and would want to have a world/adventure to see the amount of buildings and dungeons.
what do you think about fence posts on walls with a candle on top? kind of gives that old castle/mansion vibe that might work with the torches? if you don't want the default torch look?
I mean, there are people who look like you in minecraft. They're all zombies. It's actually one of the things I really like about the game is how empty and lonely it is when you think about the implications of that.
Hey Dallas there is now a day counter in the setting I would love for you to add that on so we can see what day you are on it’s a cool way to track time
I havent seen this channel since 2020, i just saw it on my recommended wow

I wanted to make a swamp without trees. Just water and grassy vegetation
I always love these late night episodes
22:18 “Torches are the only light in the game that can be placed on a wall.” You can also place glow lichen on a wall! Great for a subtle light source.

22:30 tbf most redstone is only craftable by the player or found in ancient cities, its up to the player to "invent" all these new technologies
Hoes can be enchanted with fortune, and give you more loot drops from leaves if you use it to break them.
It also helps with carrots and other farmables
i think you can use any luck-enchanted item if you dont want to enchant a hoe in specific
you can use any tool not just a hoe
You can use any tool with fortune to break crops and leaves which is really useful
Fun fact: CIT (Commonwealth Institute of Technology) from Fallout 4 is actually just MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) renamed! Fantastic video, keep up the good vids.
Started watching this series in 9th grade. 5 years later and I still watch every night before bed. Something about this series is so addicting
ive been watching your dontent for almost 5 years now and your world has grown so much. I love you please dont die
i can imagine skleton horses or zoglins walking down thr streets of this apocalyptic city, would be really cool in my opinion
1:25 you do know that pretty much nothing can resist a nuclear blast, especially when it's that close to the crater
Tell that to the fallout universe as well. These are games we’re playing. I get to decide how big the bomb was and how strong it was. I’m not recreating the fat boy that was dropped on Hiroshima. lol

You should make a room in the lab that has a nuke and a map of this town on a screen
best part about the Cabot house build is that I just finished that quest line yesterday

Funny that first houses interior is a lot like the cabbot house from fallout 4...
If Items like anything disappears in some situation like lag bite or bug terrain.
It can be fixed when opening any chest or any crafting station except from the inventory
That abandoned house in the beginning reminds me of Jack Cabot’s house from fallout 4

what do you think about fence posts on walls with a candle on top? kind of gives that old castle/mansion vibe that might work with the torches? if you don't want the default torch look?
Idea: under stairs in first floor you could turn to an entrance to a bunker area or something
Its only missing carpet in my opinion inside the fallout inspired building
You can use fortune on jungle leaves
You can fortune that leaves to get sapling dallas
