    Hi
Thank you for providing a video explaining about the situation.
Please do understand this comment is coming from a positive outlook and no disrepect to anyone.
To be clear I am not a nobody in the scene but someone that cares for the culture.
If you do read this I do appreciate it and its more than I can ask.
Going over your videos and powerpoint slides that you have presented.
Please do understand I have watched this video 3 times because I do care what you are presenting and I would like to have a logical conversation.
Your first point about this disclaimer.
I hate to say it but nothing you have provided is offering a solution to the culture and how the breaking/bboying culture would be.
Memes are harsh but it is quite true whether you admit or not.
I understand the culture comes from poverty but thats no different than sports either.
You have every opportunity with today's world. You can say back it used to be like this and I agree but all this is to move forward. It seems like this is just a way to excuse yourself to keep the narrative "I started broke" alot of people not just bboying started broke as well.
Your second point covers financial education.
As you mentioned your parents just worked and so did alot of people. Every bboy/bgirl has the chance to work but majority do not. You have a chance to save up but they do not. Financial opportunity is for everyone. Yes your parents and parents struggle but that can all change by simple actions.
This is a bad excuse especially today, you have a phone and google is in the palm of your hand.
If you can research a bboy move on the internet then you can also research how to make money.
If you can research on where is the next Jam then you can also research what can I do to get started.
Mentioning wealthy kids is very cliche because bboying is a hobby to them. I will say this YOU DYZEE (Legendary Supernaturals Crew) and Legendary Flea Rock God Tier(SKMZ) you guys will be the toughest bboys because you struggled and I believe you will be successful if you put the same mindset that you have in bboying but into business.
The reason why I say this because Moshen has a speech about this on Strife.tv years ago and this stuck to me and I never understood why bboys couldnt do but maybe lack of guidance.
    Bboy Dream vs BBoy Reality
BBoy dream all of things you have mentioned is the dream but what lacks behind this is the disciple and structure for each individual. This all can be real but I also believe you should expand more on this.
You narrow down battle as its the most raw form of bboying and I agree. But the path way to be a successful bboy is way more than that now. If you present these options then its there.
    BBoy Reality
    -Need to make connections
This is true but at the same time this is a very selfish act.
Majority of the bboys would not vouch for each other much.
Even some bboys try to connect but its the stubborness.
    -Politics
The organizers is not the problem.
We can start with judges and who you choose to win because they have a name.
I get it you have a full say in this but is it fair?
You barely touched but this is more on the veterans bboys almost Gate Keeping the scene.
    -Endure
    This should be elaborate more.
Getting a job should be encouraged and the appreciate of the dance would be there more.
The was barely touched and this would solve so many problems for bboys
    -Dreams
This was cut a bit short as well
This can be shown through business presentation but yet we have nothing to really offer.
    Sponsorship
For this I would love for this companies you mentioned to sponsor any bboy.
But what DO WE HAVE OFFER FOR THEM?
Besides buying shoes if you believe we deserve to be the face then WHY?
Buying shoes and gear is not enough.
There is variables that you have to add.
If I was one of these brands.
There are expectations and you can compare yourself to professional athetics
What do you offer and how often are you going to be representing their brand?
If you can offer an increase in revenue through the company then it would be worth it
Please be aware that we are a commodity and marketing tool.
There are more companies than that but again we have nothing offer them.
If bboys wants things to be different then we actually have to really provide solutions and do it.
There is alot more I would cover but this quite alot
Please understand this is coming from a place to help and want to see grow. I am not here to destroy it.
Breaking has given me a chance to grow as a person and individual.
If you do read this I do appreciate you taking the time.
If not I do understand as well
    Thank you

can't believe I finish the whole 1 hour video. Dyzee is a strategist that can think globally, and Flea is that fresh local brand that everybody loves. Both are legendary bboys in their own right as well. These guys are single handedly changing the game, and we need to support them as a culture.

I agree but I’d never buy a pair of his shoes due to they are way way more expansive than some Panams here in my country. Anyway, mad props.

Great topics brought up. Have you guys made any professional videos with the brands ?. I mean, its free to advertise it on youtube right, youtube dont take any fees or so? Best way to get the brand out should be on videos and try to catch that feeling that flea was talking about. This was a good way to get it started and talk about it, but you need to be consistent with advertising, advertising is eeeverything when talking brand business. I wish you guys an awesome future doing this. By the way, talking about advertising. Where do I check all this brands at ? You now got 1 customer interested!

In my opinion the number one reason bboys are (usually) broke is because nobody starts breaking with the goal in mind of becoming rich off of breaking. Just like Flea Rock said, the goal is to be GREAT at breaking. That's it. I don't think there is anything wrong with that either. It's a cultural thing with breaking. You want to be respected and admired, not wealthy. Money is not what drives you. People like that do other things. I love breaking but I know there's no real money in it. I taught breaking in public and private schools for years but I made my way investing in cryptocurrency (first Bitcoin, then others like Ethereum, Stellar, Cardano, XRP, Holo ect) with money I made from working. There IS REAL MONEY in that. Trillions. The first two years showed me I can make life changing amounts of money investing. I don't even have to work anymore and you and I Dyzee are the same age (not bragging.) I made a studio in my house but all I use it for is to vibe and teach my kids, which is ideal for me.

Yeah but that fact is that if all bboys and bgirls and graffiti writers and Dj’s put back into are community instead of big company’s we can change all that we can have more leverage and make are culture rich not these big brands that don’t care about us . That’s the point of this video

crypto wasn't used to be a thing 20 years ago. But then people buy into it and give it value. It can be the same with breaking. We are just early in the process.

I think a lot already knew about this way to start growing the scene.
How much have we put back into our scene and community ? Is a great question of all of us. That i have more self reflection questions.
Like a gps , we gotta get real with where we at and how we got here and the mentality that got us here and be aware of the mentality we gotta shift to go further not alone but together . Keep up the good work with growing everything so far with what we know but now it’s time to bring more unity even further.
I think this video should be an on going conversation and be honest about ourselves to keep progressing to the next step

All the Bgirls & Bboys should get together and get a % of earnings of events where they are invited, but i know that alot of us dont value enough what we do and will do it for free 99$ unfortunately

Nothing but love and respect for you both. But the truth is this is just a dance. It doesn't produce monetarily tangible value. It doesn't produce a value that can be transferred to another, beyond temporary entertainment. Entertainment... which today is in insane competition. Beyond that, when times get tough like when covid hit... Inessential services are shown to lack that value. After all.. The culture is all about entertainment in its domain. Corporately (in culture rather than individually) this is just entertainment.

Whatsup broski. Been a while! While i understand where you are coming from, I want to add some alternative perspectives.
      1) Yes Breakin' is a dance, but it's not "just a dance". It's an artfrom, culture, and if you been following the news, it's going to be an olympic sport in 2024.
      2) There's as much tangible value in Breakin' as there is in MMA. Yet MMA fighters are complaining because they only make $100,000 a year while the top earn millions. I think any Bboy would be happy with $100k a year just to be a Bboy. I often talk about this, but the problem with our scene is the amateur bracket format which all our events currently use. No other professional competitive sport uses a one day tournament bracket format, and theres a huge reason why which I won't get into unless someone really wants to know.
      3) Once again the point of this video is that corporate sports brands are making about 50 million/ year off the global Breakin' community and without giving back anything in return.
      4) Millions of dollars moves through our Breakin' community but unfortunately not so in the hands of the Bboys and Bgirls. The solution is not to boycott these events or demand more money, but rather to learn how to build our own so that we can have both!

@@DyzeeDiaries hey brother. Hope the fam's all good 🙂. You are correct about that. My personal bias is that resources are wasted on sports in a horrible manner...and on artists. People get paid millions to play... We waste billions sending people on joyrides to space. We waste millions on cars and technology humanity doesn't truly benefit from. But... I still got my armour of god wear. I got my biggest and baddest and my last shall be first...shoutout to my bro Aplus. I bought all the step ups and boty movie.. Went to the theater...etc. Even tho they were corny i loved the art and the artists. I want to see people succeed. But we gotta be realistic. The world doesn't need more clothes. I am an 80s baby. Born in Bucuresti Romania. I couldn't get anything but Turkish knock off 2nd hand till early 2000. None of us had anything. But when it comes to money..or resources.... Some things just don't translate to value. I would much rather see people rocking dyzee threads than nike. But i have also seen first hand people destroy their families chasing not a dream, but value for their dream. The value doesn't always translate to others. I hope that makes sense. I don't want that for anyone.

It would be cool to do a part II where it talked about Breakin and its ties with systemic racism. For example, how redlining played a role where many of the first generations started and how it still or may impact the scene.
Shout out to mentioning the brands and how they profiteered from the scene (Nike, Adidas, Puma). I never thought of it in the context Dyzee had mentioned it in this video.
I think is it great that some folks within the scene are trying to create a brand for the b-boys/b-girls. That is someone that definitely loves the culture and all its glory!
