I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.

After a terrible 2022, shell-shocked financial backers have a lot to think about and losses to recover from. An expansion report and a wealth of other data did little to alter assumptions that the Central bank would likely keep raising interest rates regardless of whether the economy slows down. This implies that portfolios will experience more losses during the first quarter of 2023. I'm currently at a crossroads in deciding whether to exchange my $150k security/stock portfolio; how might the continuous market volatility work to my advantage?

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. If you can't afford real estate, think about REITs [Real Estate Investment Trusts]. If you get a broker or financial advisor [planner] - fiduciary, fiduciary, fiduciary. There are an infinite number of ways to invest, you need to find what you feel comfortable with. I take ideas from many sources, my blend: long term investing aka somewhat "Passive", medium(+) risk [growth & income], I believe in diversification and dividends. I lean more towards asset classes, these generally follow the benchmarks. High Risk takers aka "Active" will disagree with me; we all disagree on something. And finally I focus on an Aggressive Growth Mix. There are many great resources on UA-cam: The Plain Bagel, and the Swedish Investor [take away from financial books] + many many more.

Awesome! your potential seems limitless. Putting aside funds for investment remains the smart way to prepare for the unexpected. Been in the experience since 2016 investing in growth projects and have accrued over 2M dollars in 6yrs.

i mean living below your mean is good if you thinking of using the other part of your money to make investment. I recently started investing and literally i made more money from dividend by buying stocks from the bank that i used rather than from what i have saved with them. i want to get into real estate in a future but right know im focusing on learning about it and stocks. cant invest on what i dont know how it works

Thanks for this video. Can you make one of buying shares, investing...? I am a postgraduate student. Still job hunting unfortunately this side of my country employment opportunities are scarce. I plan to work for few years then invest or buy shares so that I retire early..it will be great if you could make a video for graduates or young professionals. Thanks
