Hi I'm just starting on your Hobo bag and I work best using a pattern. Just found 15' of craft paper at Dollar Tree in the stationary dept/mailing supply area. It is also very wide 30". That's a lot of paper for $1.

You can add interfacing on your bag if you want.
I used canvas on this bag. If you use a to thick fabric you don't need interfacing.
Nice tutorial but next time please play softer music very hard to stay concentrated with that music ,sorry but just trying to help your views

I reuse some paper bags for a pattern making. Sometimes a newspaper for practise drafting
