Specs: Minor climb, Difficulty 2/9, Trail class 1-2
Features: Scenic views of Batangas Bay and Balayan Bay
How to get there (DIY)
- From LRT Gil Puyat Ride a bus going to Lipa Batangas
- Ask driver to Drop-off you to Batangas Grand Terminal
- From Grand Terminal Ride a Jeepney going to Anilao Batangas
- From Anilao ride a tricycle going to Philpan diving resort
- In Philpan you need to register and get tour guide (tour guide is required)
- there are 2 options going to Mt. Gulugod baboy, Thru trek or you can ride a tricycle (500per ride)
- If you're going to trek i would take 1-2 hours going to summit.

10:00 am - Bound to Batangas Grand Terminal
12:00 NN - ETA Batangas Grand Terminal, then Jeep to Anilao Port
01:00 PM - ETA to Anilao Port, Take Lunch
02:00 PM - Tricycle to Philpan
02:30 PM - ETA Philpan resort, register and secure guide.
03:00 PM - Start Trek ( We started late for sunset view )
05:00 PM - ETA Summit ( Setup Camp)
06:00 PM - Prepare Dinner
07:00 PM - Dinner
08:00 PM - Free Time
Day 2
04:00 AM - Sunrise viewing
06:00 AM - Prepare Breakfast
07:00 AM - Breakfast
08:00 AM - Free Time
09:00 AM - Break camp (need makaalis ng maaga dahil mainit sa campsite/summit)
10:00 AM - Start Trek going Philpan
12:00 NN - ETA Philpan, Lunch
01:00 PM - Beach, Swimming Time
03:00 PM - Going home
07:00 PM - ETA Home Makati

Sir iba po ba yung trail ng pure trekking sa car trail? Pwede ba magdala ng sasakyan at magpark, pero sa trek trail ang daan?
Yes Sir magkaiba po. Yung sa may car trail as in malapit na sa summit/campsite na mismo. Yung trail talaga is mga 2hrs trek pa.
Pwede sasakyan pero sa philpan kayo magpark if gusto nyo magtrek

No need for booking. Pero required po ang guide. And lahat po ng beach may entrance fee po. 😊

Meron din po sila iaalok na malapit na beach may fee din around 100+/pax (nung last punta namin not sure lang if nag iba pricing nila 😊) kami po kasi sa Anilao na nagbeach since may relative po.

Yes po. Need po mag register for environmental fee. I think 70 pesos na po ang rate now per person. And required din po ng tour guide. 😊
