For a set like shrouded fable, they either do 3 or 1, they can't do two. They either make the promos be the Loyal Three, which they won't do three different promos for the 3pack blisters, or they just do Pecharunt, and there is no pokemon to pair with pecharunt because ogrepon isn't in this set. idk honestly, it seems fine to me that there is only one promo here since there are a lot of different promos for this special set
The only reason I can think of for them removing pins from these products, is that they want to save the pins that they'll make to sell other products, or to package them with older products down the line. But they really haven't done much of that.
From watching your videos and others, I’ve learned every set as a different product where there has been better rates if you will. Temporal forces, the three pack blisters do really well. With twilight masquerade, the ETBs do pretty well with this product. I feel that the king box seems to have better hits. I know it’s speculation. Just wanted to share that with 151. I found the Zapdos boxes do really good and with fates, the booster bundles have done well.

Got both kingdra and greninja boxes and pulled 2 revaroom ex and okidogi ex. Didn't even get non of the good playable commons except for a duskull and dusclops and 2 mochi 1 kyurem 1 zerosics and 1 Janine common . 2 reverse kyurem, 3 mochi reverse 1 haxorous reverse. 3 copperajah and 3 ursaluna holos. Pull rates are completely trash tbh. Was very disappointed dropping 60 and not pulling anything remotely good. Just buying the singles to complete my decks.
It’s buyer beware on the entire set. Pull rates are absolutely awful. Danny Phantump released pull rate data and it’s similar to twilight masquerade. This is a special set! Pull rates should be higher since packs are more expensive to get hold of.

Thankfully my son and I each pulled a hit in the 2 three pack blister sets I purchased this afternoon. My son got the Pecherant EX full art and I pull the Janine's Secret Art.

We opened 9 of the 3 pack blisters. Pulled Cassiopeia and Pecharunt SIRs.

That's $168 + tax for 7 lousy hits (booster boxes are typically 11-14). I thought Twilight was rough. Easy set to pass on.
