Balai Inasal Baguio | Authentic Bacolod Chicken Inasal Experience in Baguio City | Baguio Food Guide

We had such a fun time dining at Balai Inasal Baguio! 🍗✨ Of course, we had to try their signature Chicken Inasal, and it was so good-juicy, smoky, and full of that Bacolod flavor.
We also ordered the chimichurri steak, which had a nice tangy taste, and their festive platter-perfect for sharing! The platter came with Spiced ribs, Namit steak, Chicken Inasal, Original spare ribs, kimchi, and Inasal rice. While the variety was amazing, the Namit steak was a bit chewy, the inasal rice was just okay, and the kimchi was a little too sour for us.
For drinks, we tried the cafe latte, and guess what? Momshie Glo said it tasted just like Starbucks! ☕
What really made the experience special was the cozy vibe and the beautiful view of Baguio’s hillside houses. It’s such a great spot for good food and relaxing moments with family or friends. Definitely worth a visit! 🌄🍴
