I find that it's very rare that the Eurovision song, is the best song an artist have ever done. When that happens it's more like an anomaly, at least in my view.

Almost all of them much better than their Eurovision songs (with just a few exceptions). Why don't they submit their usual style songs to the ESC..

Probably to appease the public, after all most of them go into some sort of National Final before representing Eurovision.
Their usual style doesn't guarentee another banger. Personally, I rarely like entire albums of artists, let alone entire discographies. Also, everyones music taste evolves, including those of artists
Oh, and @RodyTheRoad , that could be, but the Netherlands for example hasn't done that in quite some time. A committee chooses an artists and the artist can choose the music themselves (so either (co-)write it or an unpublished song they have)

Some of these sound better choices than the ones sung at ESC 2021, but alas, we get what we get. Good to get a cross sample of other songs sang by contestants. I look forward to watching more videos like this from other ESC years.
Recent ESC related artists whose entire music catalog I listen to Måneskin and Molly Sandén. This year, I also found I like other music from Go_A, Stefanía, and Efendi.

It is good You tried to find songs in orginal languages of Artists.
I tried to find songs I like and I often like songs in other languages so a lot of them are not in english. I am not sure if the artists with songs I chose in English also sing in their native language.
Well some, Tix for example, only have songs in their native language normally, others only sing in English.

It's because "The Ride" isn't even his song! It's by Swedish singer Clara Rubensson and Rafał bought it from her but he doesn't sound well in it because "The Ride" is a song typically for female voice.
But yeah, Rafał has really good songs like "Za mały świat" (shown in this video), "Tak blisko" & "Nie mam nic". You should listen to them! ;)

Why do you give some songs less time them others?
I give all songs 15 seconds, but for some (I think only Spain in this video) the video gets blocked with a clip that long due to copyright and so I had to decrease the length of the clip so the video is not blocked worldwide.
