It came from Utah. It basically comes down to LDS people don’t drink or party… So they have to do something. Their solution basically is Sugar or soda. If you drive through Utah, you will be absolutely shocked by the number of soda stands that there are where they will do “craft” sodas. Mixed drinks but it’s Mountain Dew, sprite, and anything else you can think of that made by my Coke or Pepsi. Crumbl is born out of this world.

Nick, tums is fine. The other meds can cause long term probs. But tums is used as a calcium supplement too, just dont take too many in a day & mess with your gastric emptying. But Tums are absolutely fine to take. I bought some to activate a THC product (RSO, i never know what the non-legal states know about) more 😂 it doesn't work but it is fine to try.
I love how Americans’ response to something being too sweet is to add salt to it to ‘take the edge off’ the sweetness 🤯… instead of just reducing the sugar to begin with!
What is there to test? They make them already. It doesn’t take a rocket appliance to figure out how to add them to the pos system so people can buy them
@@RandomBogey it takes times to figure out the process of how many to pan out each day, where to put multiple trays of large and mini cookies, if the minis will actually sell, etc. Apparently according to the test stores they aren’t selling well, so they probably won’t make it a nation wide change for a while.

I like a good cookie myself, and if you're ever in the Cincinnati area, may I suggest Servatii Pastry. They have all sort of goodies from savory to sweet. The menu is awesome! Other than that, you both are very enjoyable to watch and wish you both a great day. I will look forward to a new episode.

A bit of salt added to anything sweet makes a world of difference. And it doesn’t make the thing taste salty, it helps neutralise anything overly sweet. Although really you could just use less sugar in the first place

Crubmbl Cookies today are what cupcakes were 10-15 years ago. They (and similar other brands/versions) will have their time, and then people will move on to another hand-held dessert. How many cupcake shops are around anymore? There for a time, you couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting some silly cupcake bakery...case in point, the one-time "Frosted Cupcakery" (ugh, I know) that was the end-all, be-all at the corner of Highland and Lexington in Hollywood.

I work retail-the second a customer starts arguing about something being out of stock I’m doubling down Edit: this was 85% a joke, I didn't expect people to take it so seriously lol. To clarify: I'm only reacting like this if a customer is particularly rude about an item being out of stock. When customers think that they can stamp their feet and get anything they want (even if they want something impossible), we create worse conditions for workers in service industries by giving people permission to mistreat us. I'll politely tell a rude customer that we don't have an item and briefly offer an alternative, but if a customer is polite I will absolutely go the extra mile to help track down what they want. Rudeness begets rudeness and kindness begets kindness.
Worked at marshalls and was always confounded by customers insisting on checking back room...listen, the commercial says one of a kind so...go finding!!!!

Crumbl is a Utah-based company. Here in Salt Lake there’s a Crumbl on every corner just like there’s a Starbucks on every other corner. They’ve been around for six years now and it’s a very real obsession out here.

Got it in Santa Cruz California about a year ago… not a big fan however, I am a big fan of a place you guys have in New York. It’s called Baked by Melissa they are little cupcakes of all types of flavors. They are fabulous and they will ship anywhere. Love the podcast.
For heartburn, you guys should try apple cider vinegar instead of Tums or some other kind of sodium bicarbonate. With those, I have found that if you drink anything, especially water, it makes indigestion flare up again. But apple cider vinegar isn't nullified in that way. So you want 8 oz of water with it and if you take it in liquid form, just mix the vinegar into that. But if you take the tablets, definitely drink at least 8 oz of water with it.

I went to one a couple months ago and this was the case for me too. The mini ones were available for purchase, it was just required to buy a pack of them, not just one.
They may not like each other, but it’s clear they love each other as friends should. Also, Crumble always have some version of a Chocolate Chip Cookie and some version of a Sugar Cookie every week. The Sugar Cookie can change in look, but those two cookies will always be on their weekly menu. The other 4 cookies are the more experimental cookie flavors.

When I walk into an establishment and I’m being ignored, I loudly say “would someone please acknowledge me”. That usually gets their attention. As a native New Yorker who now lives in Nevada you two make me homesick.
Got it in Santa Cruz California about a year ago… not a big fan however, I am a big fan of a place you guys have in New York. It’s called Baked by Melissa they are little cupcakes of all types of flavors. They are fabulous and they will ship anywhere. Love the podcast.

For heartburn, you guys should try apple cider vinegar instead of Tums or some other kind of sodium bicarbonate. With those, I have found that if you drink anything, especially water, it makes indigestion flare up again. But apple cider vinegar isn't nullified in that way. So you want 8 oz of water with it and if you take it in liquid form, just mix the vinegar into that. But if you take the tablets, definitely drink at least 8 oz of water with it.

They may not like each other, but it’s clear they love each other as friends should.
Also, Crumble always have some version of a Chocolate Chip Cookie and some version of a Sugar Cookie every week. The Sugar Cookie can change in look, but those two cookies will always be on their weekly menu. The other 4 cookies are the more experimental cookie flavors.
