- Palm & Hibiscus Islands are two man-made islands located in the Biscayne Bay. They are part of Miami Beach, and are known to be very upscale with homes worth tens of millions of dollars. I was able to get onto these two islands with my scooter, and take a look at some of these exclusive areas.

It is so beautiful on these islands, and I will never think Florida near Miami have 2 Islands in the middle of the ocean almost close together beautiful onset separate from the Miami city life ..🏝️☀️☀️

Maybe they're neighborhood watch volunteers or actually HOA employees who has to keep an eye on things. I see kids in golf carts just like them being employed by our city to oversee a local park, but they do have a uniform on. Maybe they're just bored teens who live there judging by their bratty attitude.
