Pile 2 - I always go with OWL , as during the past few years of grueling hardship, a stunning Barn owl has made her presence known to me ( yes, in the 3D) on several.occasions. I have to say, I was definitely left out in the comd & feel abandoned, and have heen by humans, but it feels like by my Spirit Team, as well. I want to yell ( scream)at them with the message of self care. I've done my best under the harrowing hardship, but have not been able to practice self care, in the way I need .
