I think best team for him is red glox,blue drole and red zeldris. Red glox for sealing level 2&3 card because many the one player are rank up his card until they can one shot assault meli and don't worry to attack assault meli if you againts him because red glox can remove debuff from assault meli passive. Blue drole also can petrify enemy,taunt enemy and red zeldris are buffing the entire team. Sorry for bad English
i've been thinking of using assault meliodas with drole and red monspeet cuz when the enemies att ur team then they will get debuffed the u can use the red monspeet weak point card and when that happen they will get buffed by drole then of course the rupture and weak point will deal some ammount of damage and of course using red zeldris in the back. this is the team i been thinking off. idk if it will worked or not.
One thing I definitely dislike is that you need a full demon team for him to get his max potential. He still seems pretty good even on other teams of course, but his passive doesnt work if even a single ally isnt a demon/someone with a commandment-
One team that may be good aswell is switching green deri with green estarossa. So you taunt with Drole 1st turn if they attack u get a max of 3 buffs for meli, and next turn you put a counter with Estarossa and is a max of 3 more buffs. This definitely gives you max Meli passive at turn 3. While stacking the meli cards, use them when he has full passive Also use red Zeldris at the back for the +18% basic stats.
This is like the initial listvayne meta dont attack if u don't want to be wiped. It might get real stale if people dont attack because they don't want to lose the next turn
8:00 For that battle what you should've done was petrifying Meli so you could attack Drole & Zeldris without giving Meli the buffs (at least I'd assume the petrifying would prefer Meli's passive from activating, haven't been able to try it but if petrifying does work as a good counter then that'd be awesome)
Nag how about trying red estarosa on this team? with the meli passive debuffing the defense stats of the opponent and estarosa with his attack to do more damage per debuff it could be a huge potential for him

Would blue Fraudrin (at lvl 1, this means you go second but it puts the enemy in a tough spot where they can’t AOE without giving you ult. So King team is instantly destroyed cause their debuffs are removed... at least 1 is) with red Glox in the back be good for Assault Meli? Green Drole just in case they try to ult rush before killing Fraudrin but blue Drole can work too. That way you can ult with Drole then Meli and your stats at this point will be godly so you can AOE with Meli and wipe the team. Also Glox has an attack card that, at lvl 2, only allows the use of lvl 1 skills, so even if the other team had assault Meli or even LV Meli they couldn’t retaliate well (especially if it crits LV Meli, it basically locks him out of the turn). Also Fraudrin has a taunt so the enemy can’t single target their way to a win. Unless the PvP rule doesn’t allow Fraudrin to give ults.
Dude, when I played pvp today a guy with a random team quit so I was like, ok that cool. Then when I went against an assault Eli team with stranger things team, he forfeited. I was very surprised.
The geared pvp rule is definitely warping what is going to happen when that is gone. Like you can't just stall and say: You attack first! for very long without that rule without someone going: Here have a 6/6 ult!
