An easement exists across my property it is 6 feet wide. The landowner that uses the easement drives vehicles that exceed 6 ft wide across the easement. Can I build a structure to prevent vehicles larger then 6 ft from crossing the easement? Thanks
+eleyaeshaffner thanks but it's a complicated matter, as it stands I can't tell if me as a landlord gave a licence or a it's simply an agreement. I 95% sure it's not a lease.
Thank you for your kind feedback. The full lectures will be available from January 2, 2013 from the website. You will be able to subscribe and watch. Look out for the other lectures we will post.
Hello Ms Housen. Thanks for your very clear explanation on a part of a module in Law which students like myself find very complicated. I have one question however: You stated that the courts had ruled in favor of Cobbe but I read that the court had rejected his claim that the company had estopped as -no specific property right had been promised so it would not be unconscionable for Yeoman's to go back to go back on its promise -they had not entered into a legally binding agreement -and that Cobbe sought planning permission on a speculative basis I realized that Thorner on the other hand had been in favor of the claimant. Was Cobbe' claim rejected or accepted? Thank you
Three views per video, directly affects dyslexic viewers and seems a little unfair. You might also find it falls outside the DDA as there appears no reasonable accommodation when proving a service in this regard.
