Maddie! Sorry I can’t help myself but I’m an OT student and want to share some knowledge- stretching is good! Back pain is many times due to poor posture. Strengthening your back and core muscles can help with this, stretches that focus on lengthening pec muscles can help open up your chest and shoulders-look up how to do doorway stretches for pecs... if you have lower back pain at night sleep on your side and put a pillow between your legs, this will help open up your hips, or you can sleep on your back and prop a pillow under your knees!! Always lift heavy objects with your legs and not your back! Try to practice good posture while working at your computer❤️ loved the video and love you! (:

Maddie I’m 28 and my hips have been cracking like that since I was like 20. Literally 2 weeks ago they started ACHING right where they normally crack. I think I need to see a chiropractor. I would highly recommend not cracking them if you can! I think it makes it worse. Don’t end up like me!
