She has only shared the pros. There are many liabilities with operating an Airbnb, especially if you do not own the place. Good video though! But please share both sides of the coin
Keep up the great work Parul and Ayushi ❤
I can say that im an old viewer of Parul bhai's channel because I recognised Ayushi the very first second😂 yea she's been on the channel before😂
Rooms seems like perfect for spa/massage like set-up! Hire a masseuse and start a business 🧐
seems like, they've put beds in washrooms 🤦🏽♂️🤢
lol
Sir I have experience on canva but how do I utilise it
Parul sir can you make a video on how someone who studied logistics since 2019 amd haven’t done any jobs of that particular field instead did restaurant jobs. And now can’t find any field jobs or restaurant jobs. How to start from bottom.
This profit model is based on so many assumptions, not a viable thing which can run for longer time period
These are passive income sources to reduce your monthly expenses, with minimum efforts. Once you have a full time stable job you don't need to live with roommates, or u can still host Airbnb in the basement of your house. It's not a business idea, just a way to reduce your rent by renting other rooms in your apartment or making 1000-3000 by hosting on Airbnb. It might not work in all cities, but if u live near a tourist spot or downtown, chances are your listing will be fully booked all the time.
Parul can you tell is it possible to get a study visa at the age of 40?
yes
Now listen i have been subleasing house for more than year and half. you can’t charge total rent more than what you pay the owner or else you will be in a problem.
but subleasing and Airbnb are different I guess?
When you sublease u take the lease from the actual leasee but they are primarily responsible for rent. In the case of lease transfer, you transfer over lease, but with both it's hard to change prices. But if you lease the entire house and then rent out room in that house on month to month bases, to someone who initially wishes to stay long term (without lease), you can charge them whatever you like. Also Airbnb is entirely different.

I have a few questions
1) which city is this? Montreal , where I live ,has lots of regulations to do AirBnb.
2) If you are running a business like this, then the home insurance will become commercial insurance , I believe. So how do you handle that?
3) You mentioned that the rent is 3000$/month. I am wondering how can a student find an owner who is willing to rent it out to them, as most owners know the paying capacity of international students. Why would the owner take a risk? Is it Parul’s own house ?
Hi Parul, I have a question. I think other students also have this question.
Doing all of this on student visa is legal? Because we will come under Business if we do Airbnb, or Ikea thing right?
Yes it is not legal and the government has imposed a law as well banning temporary visa holders of buying property. Unfortunately such UA-camrs have to make clickbait videos
You can do business if u are a student. But you can rent out rooms in your apartment, that's not business, u just need to have a lease and then you rent out other rooms on a month to month basis. This could cover 60-80% or more of your rent. And rent is the biggest cost as a student
For Airbnb, you don't need to own the house. Also if you are a student and want to host on Airbnb. It's best you make a deal with the owner, they can give you a small percentage of profit, and the cleaning fee and let you stay for free. I know students who have done that
Bhai kaun banda Ikea ka samaan mehenge me lega, especially when Ikea does home delivery. Please explain
Tell about dropshipping, also if international student is doing dropshipping, does it is included in week hours or not ?
chu mat bnao Public ko
Parul Sir I want a genuine reply so I am a student from India who has done his IBcom international Accounting ACCA(global CA) from india and questions are as follows
1.) Is it worth it to come to Canada now?
2) What course should I do in Canada to Excel in finance diploma or masters
3) Make A video on best diploma and masters for commerce Student in Canada
We are on the same boat🤝 Acca here!
I am also looking answers for the these questions.
Don't go for Canada. Even in the video she said 'jobs nahi mil Rahi yaha logo ko' and that's the truth. Not just for the blue collar jobs but in general. Canada is going down and rather quickly. Rents are skyrocketing. Australia is a lot better bet right now.
@@ClappingCheeks are you in canada?
Aap yaha pr so Rahe ho aur side me😂,,,true ,,,odd h
Arre ayushi to pehle bhi ayi thi na video me 😏
What the hell that bedroom with bathroom 😂.. also one who prefer privacy would not share it because apartment gets very noisy as more people are living, some of them are having a party and you trying to study
That's true, that's why you need to find an apartment where your room is not adjoining other bedrooms, like this one. Also if you have the lease and your roommates don't you can ask them to leave anytime, but it's always best to find good roommates at the first place. In Airbnbs, most guests only come there to sleep they are out the whole day. But in such a scenario you can contact the Airbnb support team or local authorities for help.

Making profit by renting out other rooms in a property where you are a renter yourself is ILLEGAL. You can bring your own rent to a minimum by renting out other rooms at a slightly higher price but you cannot score profits.
It's not illegal. You just need permission from the owner and a license from the city and CITQ in Quebec. Until last year we didn't need that license, and a lot of other provinces don't require any license from the city for short term rentals. And if u are just renting out rooms in your apartment, u can do that without a sublease too
Cool :)
