Greubel Forsey is one of the very finest watch makers in Switzerland producing not only precise time piece but each if them are work of art. You don't buy a time piece but you buy an art created by the finest artist. Amazing they are.
most competition or observatory chronometeres were easily getting 1 second per day without any tourbillons. also you have to remember stability of rate is more important than + or - times, and older steel hairspring watches with proper temperature compensation bimetallic balances are far more accurate than basically anything made these days. nivarox 1 hairsprings (or some other alloys) which everyone uses is only rated to .6 seconds per degree iirc because all the temperature comp is in the spring thats as good as it can do. if your not bored about technical stuff the stability of rate is important because as the power coming from the main spring goes down the watch can still maintain good timing. anyway here is something along the lines of what i mean, unfortunatly you cant really buy this sort of quality anymore especially not from patek. check out the timing sheets though .41 s a day and .037 seconds per degree of temp ninanet.net/watches/others13/Mediums/mpatekpw.html
It’s like comparing a photo to a painting. One has soul, has taken many man hours and is literally a piece of art. That more what these watches are about, but achieving such precision with pure mechanics is engineering’s beauty.

Less than a second a day did he say?! That truly is amazing precision and what a beautiful design.

Such a lot to say, but wondering where to begin. Incredible mechanical engineering.
pure beauty piece of art!
Spectacular!
How accurate is quartz?

Show d relógio, brasil ok.
Grand Masters
no one really care about the precision otherwise they would talk about a quartz movement, the beauty matter
Still can improve..
ss mot..!
I have a iphone 6 and it tell me the right time.
Tommy Theb wow you still have an iPhone 6?
My 10$ Casio does that too.
