If you're listening to this in 2024, and you remember Hip-Hop in 1985, The beat Burro Banton is damn near the sound of the 90's. No cap.

These classic videos must be preserved in a reggae museum for generations to learn about the origins of this great music. What a classic dance, one hundred years from now people will still be listening to it.. Bow!
Karl, that is one of my main reasons for posting my video works, to help preserve the video history, as I was there from the beginning.

Jamaica 🇯🇲 history
RIP Nicodemus & Tenor Saw
Great memories, i was at this dance, nuff love.
It always cracks me up when Burro said that the shoes that he was wearing were too small and his feet were killing him. But when this sound came out officially I followed it instantly: I followed Danny Dread (the one drop mix inventor) and regard him as the greatest selector from creation.
@@LeoOReggio Never have a TDK cassette with this at High School you nah see nothing Nicodemus the little short man Tenasaw with the Golden voice Super Cat Arawak Indian
Danny dread is coming from king attorney, turned to socialist roots, to king stereo Mars. He being around for a long long time, I used to see Wally dread, in water house. At these parties. From fire house to jungle. Good old days ya'll. Mist those days.
Danny dread was a badmon don’t be on his bad side one of my dads friends
This brings back fond memo's of my youth👍👍👏👏
When my America friends heard this back in the days they were amazed and inspired by by the way sound system performed, Calypso music stay the same but in Jamaica we took it to another level, from ska to rocksteady to reggae
