I has theory:
So all for one’s brother is the first holder of one for all. It kinda makes since because they’re both brothers. But the first person to have quirks is those two. One choosing his quirk for evil (all for one) and one choosing his quirk for good (one for all). They decide this to balance out the world for good of it. Then after a while the evil brother when insane for all the praise his brother was getting for you know being good. He thought why can’t anyone appreciate the bad guy. All they wanted to do was to balance the forces of nature. So all for one took his brother’s quirk as shown in Deku’s vision. Miraculously one for all’s quirk didn’t go away. There was a show down between them. Obviously, one for all won or at least that what he thinks. Because the show down happed when more people developed quirks so all for one could’ve happen to find a person with aging quirk and used it on him. To have tons of time to practice his quirk to have yet another show down with his brother. All for one won this time but the brother was kinda expecting this so he created a way that people could pass their quirks onto someone. No one knew about this obviously so all for one didn’t know about this either. Now about deku’s vision. I believe this is preparing him for a final show down of all for one against his brother’s quirk. It’s kinda like a finale of my hero academia but bare with me guys. So that is my entire theory.
