Dear Japan Sai garu, I wanted to take a moment to express my admiration and appreciation for the incredible content you've been sharing on your UA-cam channel. I have been following you for quite some time now and have watched many of your videos, and I must say that your dedication to preserving your mother tongue, Telugu, is truly commendable. It's heartening to see that, despite having spent 25 years in Japan, you have not lost your grasp on the Telugu language. In an era where many individuals tend to alter their accents when living in a foreign country, your commitment to maintaining your linguistic roots is both inspiring and rare. Your fluency in Telugu is a testament to your love for your culture and heritage, and it sets you apart from others. Furthermore, your videos about Japan are not only informative but also a valuable resource for those seeking insights into Japanese culture, lifestyle, and society. Your unique perspective as someone who has spent a significant part of their life in Japan is immensely valuable, and your willingness to share your experiences is highly commendable. I want to encourage you to keep up the excellent work. Your dedication to your mother tongue and your informative videos about Japan are making a significant impact, and I believe that your content has the potential to bridge cultural gaps and foster greater understanding between different communities. Your efforts are not only enriching the Telugu-speaking community but also serving as a bridge to connect people from diverse backgrounds. Once again, thank you for your contributions, and I look forward to more of your insightful and inspiring videos. Keep up the fantastic work, and I wish you continued success in all your endeavors.

Nice and very informative video. The house is very much spacious with more no.of rooms, attached bathrooms, halls and balconies and also with sufficient vehicles parking place. Buying this house may fetch good profits to your friend. The information given will be of more usefull to the people who likes to invest in buying properties in Japan. Consultancy Company's responsibilities, duties and yearly maintenance is appreciable. Tks for sharing the information Sai garu.
Great vlog Sai. Property is good. If it is 25 crore inr means you will get 13 laks rents ( 36 Roomsx 35000+ 10 parkings x 3000=30000) including parking. Which is 2000000 yen per month. Inform your friend if he gets a loan per crore emi should be not more than ( 2000000/25)85000yen aporox. Then his purchase and income match Emi. Or your 3 to 5 friends can divide purchase equally to own the property. Good going. Bhaskar CEO
Thank you for your advice and guidance. There are various angels to look it , considering rate of interest, personal capital. Quarterly property tax payments, management company payment, fire insurance , ultimately depreciation from tax perspective etc.
