Just heard them play this live at Fridays Riverside in Brisbane and it reminded me how brilliant it is! Shame I was at my house across the river and not actually at the gig!

If an artist is good, you can feel a connection with them regardless what, ie Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston, John Legend, etc. Popular or not, you should judge it solely by the lyrics and music, not how popular or how many people know it or how only you understand the meaning behind the song.
