For 90" cabinets (like we installed) you put the bottom of the rail at 92-3/16" high. The dimensions are in the Ikea Sektion rail instructions. You can download it here: www.ikea.com/ca/en/assembly_instructions/sektion-suspension-rail-galvanized__AA-1054038-6-2.pdf

Ha, you'll have to point it out exactly - there were definitely some dusty areas that I could have cleaned before filming. But most that I remember was just built up grime.
Looks great!
How tall are your ceilings ? I really want to fit a 90” cabinet but our ceilings are 96” (8 feet) . Will we have enough clearance?
Our ceilings are 8 feet too! As you can see, we had just under 2" of clearance at the top.
@@MadnessNMethod thank you for replying (and for the video) - super helpful!
How high did you mount the top rail for the 90” cabinet?

Ikea recommends using washer head screws.
Using counter sunk screws are a no no! Those do not screw flush to the rails and will losen with time.
Makes sense!
@@MadnessNMethod Did any issues ever come up after 2 years having used countersunk screws on the rails?
What height high cabinet rail. Literally nothing on the entire internet.
