You make Beautiful strawberry jam, tastes just like homemade. Lovely lemon curd too, best I've tasted. Just happen to like the raspberry seedless jam( tastes wonderful in sponge cakes with vanilla buttercream, and the victoria plum jam too( great in an Italian jam tart).
they are using a hydroponic setup of some kind, a synthetic cocktail usually tailored for the variety and they may adjust it at various stages i think. In other words it is hard to do and i doubt they would ever tell people details like that. People are better off growing very old varieties in soil, they taste better than what these places make anyway
