Love the walks and talks you take us on. Seeing the sites and hearing the history and pondering how it all was back in the day is so cool. I'm so happy to have found your channel!
It’s so neat coming across a UA-camr who is making videos in your own town :) I am a Delconian as well living in Drexel hill! You should definitely check out the Swedish cabin - and if you need any more suggestions I’d be glad to help! Love the history of own town, we are so blessed!
DELCO!!!!!!! GC guy here. Born and raised. Did a Vegas trip about 15 years ago and stayed at the HardRock. The fella who was head of promotion spotted my group and gave us the whole night club bs speech. At the end he said “let me guess, you guys are from Philly area…. Delco?” He had us pegged. He was a NYC guy. Good times! Did you do the swarthmore college ruins? Loads of cool old buildings/ history in SE Pennsylvania. 🍻
I took the tour of this house and the school house next door. I have some really cool pictures of the inside. There is an actual well inside! When the house was being built, the family dug a hole in the ground and lived in it until the house was completed! Imagine that! You should definitely go back and take the tour! If you notice the stains on the doors, that is because it has been flooded out by the creek that runs in front of it. Upland has a lot of history. Did you know that Martin Luther King went to the Seminary that was located in Upland? The building is still standing and I believe it holds offices for the hospital.

The stone construction is amazing. In New England stone is rare. Everything is wooden.
The Pusey house is not in its original location. Also part of the wood mill channel is further back in the woods. It diverted water from creek
Look forward to your videos , you should stop by fort mifflin one day
