A really nice Villa guys, shame the garage is for only one car, which for me doesn't make sense for such a Villa. However, the rest of the Villa is awesome. :)

I’m a great fan of your work you always put so much time and effort into showing us these great homes, the design of this property just doesn’t work for me it just feels too cold you can have all the mod cons you want but it has to feel like a home not an office building. Just my opinion on this one but keep up the good work 👍.
Hi 👋 not sure at what price it was bought, but I know that the entire basement was in a raw status, and that the gardens where not manicured as it’s now. I have seen tremendous changes which where done ✅😊

The homes you exhibit are fantastic and at your core you're a strong, charismatic presenter-BUT-the amount you ask to click & subscribe cheapens the presentation, so I find it harder and harder to click on newer videos because of this. I much prefer your earlier videos when you sounded more genuine and less artificial.

it's not just about the toilet, which should be private. Nobody, not even my partner, has to see how I shave my legs or other areas, how I brush my teeth or fight skin problems. And what should I do with a shower for 4 people? Open bathrooms are an absolute nogo for me.
They do a nice job presenting the houses visually I just can't get past the hosts voice 🙄 at any given point it sounds like he's getting ready to sell you a piece of shit car instead of an overpriced home😆
