- Bombshell claims from Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde's former nanny. She says Sudeikis became increasingly erratic after Wilde left him for Harry Styles. Despite her concerns, the nanny moved to London with the kids as Sudeikis filmed season two of "Ted Lasso." She says Sudeikis flew into a rage after finding out she gave in her six-month notice. In the middle of the night, she packed and moved into a London hotel with her dog, Cooper.

The nanny was unfortunately caught up in an uncomfortable situation- a marriage falling apart. She got dragged along during the ugliness of the situation.
What I don’t understand it- why isn’t she resolving this legally through the courts? Why is she going to the media disclosing this couple’s private affairs? That’s wrong. She should be ashamed of herself.

Legal action costs big bucks. A nanny isn't in a position to challenge her employer. The nanny is correct domestic employees have no rights. If Jason and Olivia were smart and humane they would have treated her better, so she wouldn't have gone to the press.

Asking the nanny to be in family therapy is way over the line- if they asked this, they shouldn't complain about the nanny telling her story. If he did what she said he deserves to be dragged through the mud over this.
Not really. If the nanny is there 24/7 she's literally a part of the family at this point being a full time nanny isn't like other jobs where after the parents come home you're off duty and don't have to worry about anything until the next day. She was living with them and became apart of the daily lives of these people.

Plus her kept dumping his problems on her, things he should have gone to a friend, family member, or therapist for. She is n9ot a member of the family, she has no rights as a member of the family- she wasn't even allowed to say goodbye- he treated her pretty badly, nt she is telling her story- and hopefully getting paid well for this.

Could it be possible that the nanny was trying to make a move on Jason? She did talk highly about him more than she did about Olivia. And she did not ellaborare on the reasons Jason kicked her out. A crime of passion typically involves a controlling, abusive partner with that of the mindset of, "if I can't have you, no one else can!" and they murder the person who doesn't want to be with them anymore, all because they got rejected. *I have a feeling their marriage ended due to work & scheduling issues. Olivia wanted to stay in the LA and work on her debut as a director while Sudeikis wanted to move his family to London for his show Ted Lasso. I'll bet both of them thought the other was being selfish for putting their needs/careers over the other. They had huge fights and decided it best to "spend some time apart" by Olivia staying in US while Jason moved to UK. Perhaps within that time away, Olivia started sparking romance rumors with Harry Styles **_(allegedly,_** since I don't want to jump to conclusions), and that's how their marriage rapidly dissolved within the last few years*
Obviously, I'm sure there were many more issues as to why things didn't work out, but I'm just pointing out the main point of contention
