Very nicely made video, it's great to see all the steps. I came across one of these booths being serviced as a kid and was absolutely fascinated by all the tanks and mechanism, it's just as I remember it.
I remember using one of these (although it was color) and having to wait for the prints to be delivered. The one I used had a fan in the dispensing slot to help dry the prints before you took them. I also believe these photo booths could actually cope with several strips at once, looking at the mechanism. That way while your photos were being developed, the next person could be having their pictures taken at the same time.
Brilliant video. I started working with Photo-me in 1998, just as they were phasing these 'dip and dunk' machines out. Great to see 👍
