TG has flaws but if he doesnt turn the ball over we will win each game. Hes QB#1 but if hes not healthy for LSU in 2 weeks, we are confident in Singleton.
Singleton is a good back up and after gaining some confidence and loosing the nerves he lead that last drive but Green is our guy if he builds off this game he is gonna be special I think but it would also just be like Arkansas to lay and egg vs LSU after a big win and then bye week.
I’m excited to see how wrong I was about Green. He’s getting better and Singleton looks like he will be ready if we need him. How about that defense though??!!
Taylen looked better this game. He may have missed some reads which you obviously don’t want but to have a 70.4% completion percentage against arguably the best defense in the SEC is definitely impressive. 266 yards passing as well. Taylen looked good. Just gotta work on his progressions.
We gotta understand that Green is a scrambler. A scrambler cannot set back in the pocket and see all the reads like a pocket passer can. Receivers have to get in his limited line vision when scrambling no matter where they are in their routes.
Sategna dropped a td pass. A lot of things can be worked on for sure offensively. But if that's one thing petrino can do its tweaking things to be that much better. Getting the ball out timing wise we will be so dangerous.
Refs were awful. The film breakdown mentions a hold Arkansas got away with, but for the most part it seems as if the refs were blatantly trying to protect TN.
I was telling LB yesterday how you've been killing it on your channel. Great day for the hogs and a great breakdown. You may have already addressed it, and if so direct me to a vid. But what do you think of this dynamic between Pittman and Petrino? Been seeing a whole lot of self inflincted wounds with the O-line...I know these things happen in general with teams but is it a how much of it is a player issue as opposed to a coaching issue?
I don’t know which LB you are referring to, lol. But It’s a good question: Pass blocking is hard. I think MORE importantly run blocking has gotten way better. That’s truly be the difference
My question is, your winning, why let then score putting you behind , especially when your offense has not been doing what is has, that taking a big chance and it didnt pay off
I’m not a direct fan of either team. Just college football as a whole. I wanted to see Arkansas run the ball with Thad giant running back more. That dude is a tank. I think that running back would have destroyed Tennessee even further. Tennessee’s defense looked tired and bored with the game all night. About every other play you could see some effort but more often they looked like they had already won their season out. The real losers were the gamblers of the many games that swapped ends. Money was made and lost on a grand scale. Wonder if anymore games are going to be thrown?
IMO turnovers have cost Arkansas their two losses.Tayyln Green is a turnover machine. Singleton marched them down the field, not flashy, running game etc, efficient no mistakes. Taylon Green throws two great passes then fumbles or throws an interception. Game over...just like AM. I like Singleton. Hope he starts against LSU and gets a shot. But Taylon is Petrinos star recruit. He will call plays to make Taylon shine. So far that has not worked. IE...Texas A M. Leading rusher in the SEC hardly got his number called. Almost every play called was a dropback pocket pass. Why. Because Greene had been criticized for his inability to read from the pocket so Petrinos goal was not to win the game. It was to prove Greene could function from the pocket. Result. AM won. If Jackson had 20 to 25 touches in that game Arkansas would have won. But that does not make Petrino look good. Petrinos goal is to make himself look good so Arkansas will make him head coach. It will be a terrible mistake if they do. Petrino is where he needs to be. Offensive coordinator. Now start coaching to win not to fulfill your political agnda, which is to make Bobby look good so he can snake his way into the head coaching job. And Oklahomas State. Arkansas beat themselves ...turnovers.
We threw the ball against A&M because their Dline was whipping our Oline. A&M is easily the best defensive front in the SEC. As far as Green I understand why he starts. He's has all the athletic tools and even when a play doesn't work he can get you out of a bad play. Singleton had a great drive but he not ready to play over green
I don’t think they got exposed it was just another hard road game, and really Arkansas should be undefeated had they not beat themselves, this time they didn’t turn the ball over. I said before this game started that Tennessee would lose this game coming off the bye into another tough road environment and I’m a vols fan, however the Vols have yet to play a home game, now they get to play 4 straight home games so we will see.
TG was much improved in this game. Still quite a bit to improve on but his performance in this game compared to the previous 3 weeks was night and day. If he makes his passing decisions sooner and starts progressing through his targets I think he will start becoming an elite level QB.
"terrible QB" --- LMAO -- Such an absurd take.... I swear we have some of the most obliviously over-critical fans in CFB, even after knocking off the #4 team in the country, and it just illustrates how little some of you actually understand about football. Green is currently 3rd in the SEC in passing behind Jaxson Dart and Garrett Nussmeier, who also happen to rank 2nd and 7th nationally. TG ranks 14th in the country with 1,502 yards passing. Not to mention the fact that, prior to last night's game, Green had been pressured on something like 86 or 87 drop backs, which was the 2nd most in the country behind only Shadeur Sanders at CO. We've struggled in pass protection this season and Green has literally had to run for his life throughout the majority of several games. Last night was a much better overall performance by the O-line and in Pass Pro though, and they'll continue to get better as a unit. Petrino will continue to develop Green as well, and frankly his size, athletic ability, and cannon of an arm give him tremendous upside. You're ignorant AF if you actually think we have a better overall QB on this team, and that's exactly why BP has Green at QB1.
Great win, but I'm worried about Taylen Green. An mcl sprain can be bad and he may be out for a few weeks. And if he needs surgery, he's done for the season. I won't be able to enjoy this win until Monday and we find out more about the injury.
As an A&M fan, I saw that CHEAP SHOT on Taylen Green by a Tennessee lineman. Not cool, dude.
That was a bush league, cheap shot!! 😮
dude shouldn’t see the field anymore idc how talented he is. he’s been playing ball since pop warner he knows better
Lol y’all are really good
That's right and thank you!!!!
that wasn’t even a cheep shot smh
TG has flaws but if he doesnt turn the ball over we will win each game. Hes QB#1 but if hes not healthy for LSU in 2 weeks, we are confident in Singleton.
He will be healthy for sure, so will Braxton Washington and others. Hasz should be fully healthy. This offense will get cleaned up!
Sure hope they allwe b healthy and ready I love to c them all play hasz is a darn good. Player 4 sure
We should be 6-0
We’re getting better as weeks go by. We had a lot of new players. Just be patient we will get a bowl game.
Facts
So close, it's like they didn't know how good they were, but we sure do now!!!! WPS!!
Great work again, Carter. Yesterday was a wild day. I can't wait to see what happens with the national rankings and our conference rankings.
Singleton is a good back up and after gaining some confidence and loosing the nerves he lead that last drive but Green is our guy if he builds off this game he is gonna be special I think but it would also just be like Arkansas to lay and egg vs LSU after a big win and then bye week.
Arkansas the better team on Saturday. TN offense never got going. Shut us down. Congrats Hogs
Being a razorback fan is hellish. Their Inconsistency is so much worse than just being bad.
14:32 the Setegna breakdown was cold af. Dude was gliding there for a min. 😮

Malachi Singleton is a Redshirt Freshman
Wasnt tenner suppose to destroy the hogs? lol this one felt so dang good I cant even lie
According to Vols fans all week, Hogs were supposed to lose by 20+ 😂
Thanks!
THANK YOU RICK! WHO was your game MVP?
Taylen dropped some dimes but again left points off the board. He was much improved this week. Ill take it.
Definitely seen some growth and dropped a couple of dimes I didn’t know he was capable of
@@brianharp2661 I was surprised myself

@@truthsoldier5757i remember you from last week coach. i guess you’ll just never be a happy hog fan 🥲
@@jofra3147 Who said I wasn't happy??? Taylen played played good.
Singleton looked like Jalen Hurts out there😅
Thanks! Told you Florida. I saw the picture of the LSU guy behind you
lol love it. THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT

We're so used to that, but it sucks just as bad every time!!

Will address this Monday at 5 pm CST
Hogs are the best team!!!WPS Hogs by 90!!!!
TG was six for six until he threw to Broden. Broden drop killed the drive. Bench Broden.
Correct the OL and Arkansas can compete with anyone.

Tennessee got exposed. All the smoke and mirrors from playing 3 bum teams and a weak OU team caught up with them.

@fast04Z They got exposed as a top-tier SEC team, which they are not. They are good, not great. Middle of the SEC, at best.
@@pasilu007then the only top team is Texas because everyone else has been beat
Why did you not show Tennessee's last drive. That is what I watched your video for because I missed the game. I was enjoying your video's but no more.
Are you being serious right now?
Green is a terrible qb but a good runner. He needs replacing
I mean...that's kinda tough to say after this game. There were misses but the dimes were game-changers
