Nobita won because he got many movies. The other guys didn't get as much run time. Ofc perman has to win as he had short run time but packed with pretty much everything including rom-com. I don't dislike nobita but perman will be the best out of these IMO. Kiteratsu is the smartest of all. I still feel perman is underrated coz had it continued, it would have been much more popular. I read the manga and it's a waste it didn't get animated. Plus it's underrated popularity got it a movie too. I mean the romantic plot is not suitable for kids but as an now I'd say it had the best one, so much that sumire appeared in Doraemon just to say she's waiting for mitsuo to come back from bird planet. Agreed mate. The thing being that Doraemon was aired almost the entire time which surely had a gr8 role in creating impact among the kids.. & On top of it , I thing most of the kids especially could relate to the fact of them being below par in studies and always getting bullied etc.. so it was also an escape medium to have Sm1 like Doraemon to get them outta troubles... While Kiteretsu was a born genius which many kids found unrelatable and since the show too was aired quite less , Nobita was their automatic choice. & Yes.. Plotwise I feel Perman had the best bittersweet cheesy plot particularly the relation dynamics bw Perman and Pako(& Michiko the intruder ofc!!)
