Thank you Dot for yet another great quality build on here & with that really good look of the balsa wood it can be stained & shellacked or just shellacked to pronounce a brighter wood quality instead of just another metal box look which I like very much. Thanks for all of your videos.
Good job, however your soldering technique needs to be a bit neater, spend an extra few seconds and flow the solder properly. Some of the connections like very sloppy.
hi KJDOT...i am using an old T12 soldering iron...can you teach where the heating element, thermocouple and esd pinouts on the HAKKO T12 temperature control board...i already know these on my soldering iron but not on the temperature control board...thanks.
Hello dear friend, I have one to put together and i have notice that the picture you show ( at minute 2:30) for the connections of the handle you show that the vibration switch and the thermoresistor are connected both to the ground (the tip of the iron) but when you put it all together ( from minute 6:35 ) you connect them to the negative, can you tell me please witch should i connect then, is it to the ground our is it to the negative? Thank You.
Another Great Video!!!!!Quick question. On the T12 Module, when soldering the Ground and the Negative. Did you leave them separated when soldering? I thought I seen the solder connecting the 2 a little or does it matter? I am building one like yours in the video, with a Plexiglas case today and figured I better ask before I close it up.
Hello again! Been thinking--I just got my soldering handle parts(like the one you have in the video). I noticed that it does not have the tiny SMD 103 Ceramic Capacitor like the OEM versions, or like the 7805 handles with the 103 Ceramic cap going from positive to negative. I am just about to throw one together, just wondering if you think we should have one on these? How is yours running?
Where is the thermistor ? iron only has three connection and the thermistor has to be in the iron and not that black thing you solder as how would it adjust the temp correctly ?
Mais je t'en prie si cela est possible tu peut m'en faire un comme ça hi cela me ferais très plaisir si ces oui je te donnerais mon adresse perso ok a bientôt ...
I would imagine, and would bet you get some bad connections fairly often with the(quite awful) soldering techniques you demonstrate in this video. And judging by the lack of people in the comments pointing this out, you obviously can't take constructive criticism and delete their comments, just as you likely will mine. Don't be such an ignorant fool; Recognize and admit when you're wrong, instead of acting like a child, and doing the equivalent of plugging your ears, and screaming whenever somebody points out you're doing something wrong, which you do a lot of in this video. Have a good one.
I notice that you used either a soldering iron or soldering station to make this DIY Hakko T12, if you already had a soldering iron or soldering station, why the hell would you want to make another one for, and for people who may not own a soldering iron or soldering station already, how the hell are they supposed to make this DIY Hakko T12 ? Your video is ridiculous.
For those who don't have a soldering iron, they can borrow a soldering iron from a friend to make a T12 soldering station. This soldering station is used when some people only have a soldering iron and want to upgrade the soldering station. They usually have a soldering iron in their hands. Another video made T12 without using a soldering iron ua-cam.com/video/K9vQL-Gk5Rg/v-deo.html (From Google Translate, there may be errors, please bear with me)
機箱用木盒,容易加工,好聰明呀!!祖國DIY大神~讚

里边有高功率变压器的最好用金属壳
據說這種T12烙鐵,使用開關電源都會漏電然後擊穿板子上的晶片.
Thinks to you😉😉👍👍
Love the materials used and the item layout and design, very clean and efficient and enjoyable to watch
Thank you

Absolutely, very good.
I have a Hakko FM-2027 soldering iron handle and a T13-BC2 soldering tip. What's the output diagram for the temperature controller?

for the GND line the cable is connected to GND ac or GND dc
Looks like Balsa wood?? Plus no stain? Why? Man that's going to get dirty real quick.
Olá amigo passando para uma super visita, parabens otimos video, show.

Hi, Will the warm-up time be faster if we increase the voltage of the smps source inside the soldering iron?
