This is a AJJF Freestyle contest. In a nut shell, the Tori (defender) is given a random attacks by Uki (attacker). Tori needs to respond appropriately. Tori is given three 1 minute rounds to demonstrate their arts. The contest is scored on a scale from 1-10 for Safety, Variety & Control, and Overall Effectiveness for their rank.
