Those look amazing! Someone taught me to open your tour pack before removing and putting the seat back on makes it a lot easier. Great job thanks for sharing. Ride Safe
Thanks! That would definitely make it easier, don't know why I didn't think of that.
@@motorcycleden Buddy, I never thought of it either. Someone saw one of my videos and told me that? Nice to have this community.
Those lights are a huge improvement. Really dig the look and super bright, good choice!
The light look great from the rear, i really like the sequential lights.
Thanks! I'm happy with them. My only concern is the LED's lasting. Harley only warranties them for one year. Custom Dynamics guarantees theirs for life, which is great, but I'm not a fan of how they look.
I love the Harley LED lights I have them on my bags and so bright!!!
These tour pak ones you installed look fabulous!!!
We can never have enough lights being smallest vehicle on the road we need to be seen and you know let the cagers know what we are doing!!!
Nice lights!!!
Thanks! We're pretty happy with them. You are right, need to be seen out there 👍
Nice! Man if had the led tail light... thats a complete set!
Getting a led taillight next. Just not sure which one I want to go with
@@motorcycleden the smoked one would look good with it to match the rest of them when the bike is off....

Great job on the video. What brand of filler lights do you have
@markthomason8396 thanks! They are Ciro3d. I like the looks of them, but they are about $100 more than Custom Dynamics. At least last time I looked.
Great video MD!! I like LED lights! Brighter, last longer, less heat, etc. I would have thought they could have been Custom Dynamics because of the light level!!
Your shirt is COOL!! " OLD SKOOL" and the more I see your bike the more I like the orange and black with less chrome....Sharp!! Safe travels Brother!! 👏👏💥
Thanks! I like the brighter light up on the Tour-Pak. Should be more noticeable
@@motorcycleden For sure! Kind of reminds me of the LED lights on a Dodge charger or Durango..
Grear vid. I ordered the same kit and was hoping the install would be this easy.
🛑🛑 Back in the day, we called that style of Tail Lights....”Race Track Tail Lights”, because they looked like an “old slot car racetracks” from when we were kids😀👍.
Great Video and Install. Looks like you are ready for another season of riding👍
Ride Safe💯🏍
I've not heard of that but I definitely remember the slot car racetracks! I miss those. Kids these days aren't interested unless it's on a video screen of some sort.
Thanks! And I can't wait to put some miles on this year. Only been out once so far.

Too much Anti Skid (Rocks) on the Main Roads here in Western PA.
I’m looking forward to getting my bike out, this spring. It’s still in the storage building.
Keep those videos coming. Don’t forget there are a few rally’s here in “our neck of the woods”, maybe we will see you there😀👍
Love the sequential lights now you have me wondering if they have them for the ‘04 also have all smoked lenses!!! My attends haven’t been on for a year lol
I'm hoping they will catch cage drivers attention. Not sure what years they have. Much cleaner look without an antenna.
It looks awesome, but where would the CB antenna be relocated if equipped?
Not really sure. I know they have a relocation kit for the radio antenna but not sure about the CB. I was actually happy to get rid of that big floppy antenna for the radio. We usually just use our phones for music or a flash drive.
I need no doz to watch this guy!
You definitely appeal to the guy who wants to get into his/her bike and doesn’t want to spend $150.00 per hour
Just out of curiosity, I recognize the name of the trash pick up. Are you in the Charleston WV area?
Wow those are nice, I am digging it :-)
Thanks! I was surprised when we walked into Harley and seen these in person. Bright!
Hey Motorcycle Den, I just got and installed this exact light on mine. The brake light and turn signals are outstanding. At dusk when the sun is fading, the run light piping looks awesome. In the regular daytime, the run light is completely washed out. In fact, it look like there is no run light. The factory unit had LEDS that you could see in the daytime. This unit is invisible in the daytime under run light conditions. I don't know what I'm going to do with it now, I'm disappointed so far. Harley should have used dual intensity LEDS so the brake lights could be on low all the time, turn to high intensity when you brake, instead of just being on when you are braking. That would solve the running light problem. Are you satisfied with yours? I'm going to do some more research to figure out if all the units are like this. I don't think I can keep it like this. Cant be having no run light on Tour Pak. Thanks for the videos man! We really enjoy em!
I haven't noticed not being able to see them in the sunlight. People riding behind us says they're bright but once the weather breaks I'll have to ask someone riding with us to check them out and let me know. The only thing I don't like about them is the open space around the edge that can let dirt or water in. Out of all the tourpak lights out there I like the looks of this one the best. Thanks for the info, much appreciated!
Wonder if a local dealer has any installed that you could ride up and compare the two? Definitely don't want less visibility on the back of the bike.
@@motorcycleden Good idea, I need to run up there and start asking if there is something amiss about the one I have, or ask about my install, etc.
Really like the look. I looked on the Harley website and can’t find them. Can you me give a part number?
@@mrjkjhoedog they've shown out of stock for a while now. It took about 3 or 4 weeks before mine came in. There may be a dealer that has one but trying to track that down could be difficult. In case they didn't have the number listed 67801128 Good Luck!
Hi
I finally installed the light but it only works sometimes, they always work when I shut off bike and does that double chirp from the security system. Any thoughts????
I've been waiting for someone to come out with some good tourpack lights for the new style tour packs.. who'd have guessed that HD would do it first?
I was surprised too. They brought out new lights for the entire bike (except the rear brake light). The trunk lights are the only ones I really like. They have new brighter turn signals too but I like the Custom Dynamics a little better.
@@RedTickJJ I was really excited to see what CD was going to come out with on the tour pak light. My wife likes the looks of it but I'm not a fan. I know their quality and warranty is some of the best in the industry but for me liking the way it looks is important too. Hoping the HD light lasts.
@@RedTickJJ that's what I'm hoping too. Lol. My uncle had an issue with his HD led turn signals, fortunately they were within the year.
OK, I want those lights now. :)
I'm extremely happy with them and they are really bright. Best of all, up on the Tour-Pak like that should help to draw distracted drivers attention.
I wish they’d included a template to install it with the positions of screw holes etc. I have an 18 Road Glide Special which obviously doesn’t come with a tour pack so I ordered the OEM H-D king tour pack from the dealer. Saw this light two weeks ago, bought it and I’m now ready to install. Sadly there’s no template to know where to drill the holes for the screws etc. Any suggestions? Dealer wants stupid money to install it.
Want me to try and get you measurements and create a drawing off my tourpak?
@@motorcycleden anything would help. The dealership wants over $300 to install it. Total rip-off
its nice, but kind of large--I`m waiting to see what CD comes out with this year
It is a little big, that's probably the one thing I don't like about it. I had heard Custom Dynamics was working on a light for the Tourpak. Curious to see how it looks!
Hello, I would like to purchase these, can you provide a link to this part please?
www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/shop/LED-King-Tour-Pak-Run-Brake-Turn-Lamp-Kit/p/67801128
I installed mine today everything works directional hazards but when I apply the brake it I get a low blink but no brake light out of the tour pak bar any ideas ??
Did you add the Tour Pak on your bike? Some will add a tour Pak on street or road glide.
I purchased that same light about a month ago, but don’t have the harnesses for it. You think you can hook me up with harness part number from under the seat to tourpack PLEASE! I’ve looked online but it shows different harnesses. Maybe a picture or two. Thanks.
I just bought the light and harness from my stealership. There are 2 wiring harnesses that are needed if you are installing it in a non-stock tour pack such as the OEM tour pack you buy out of the P&A catalog. One is from Custom Dynamics Part #2130-0267. And the H-D Part #69200131. From my understanding I believe the Custom Dynamics harness allows it to be a quick disconnect.
@@richardedwin5980 thanks for getting him the numbers! I seen the number on the harness in the trunk but couldn't find the one under the seat but I did have some harness issues when the bike was practically new, so maybe the tag with numbers was removed.
@@motorcycleden any idea where I can find a template for the light bar so I know where to cut and drill???
Brighter lights is always a good thing, if you really want to get people's attention behind you, you should get the Magic Strobe's, they keep people behind you a lot further back, we feel a lot more safer with the Magic Strobe's, ride safe out there guys 👊🏼😎 and I got rid of all the red on the back of my bike, everything is smoked 👍🏼
I have the magic strobe but just waiting to change that rear brake light, then I'll install it. Not sure which light I want to get.
Now I need to get the magic strobe for the Tour-Pak lights.
I absolutely like the smoked look better.
@@motorcycleden oh yeah man, I like the smoked look a lot better, I just couldn't stand all the red that was back there, and it makes it look more custom too, Yeah I had to buy a second one for my Tour Pak as well, hey it's only money and we're sure not taking it with us,lol
Don’t you think that going with smoked lenses defeats your mission of being more visible? I’ve seen both lights side by side and the red lenses are far brighter than smoked.
@@richardedwin5980 I don't know, my smoked lens are pretty bright when the lights are on, and they look better
It looks nice but I think them putting the logo in the middle and breaking up the lighting all the way across was a mistake
I can see where that would be a nice look. Send in your suggestion, maybe they'll offer you a job? They probably offer a nice employee discount 😁
What's the part number and where can I purchase it
Part # 67801128
It's out of stock on Harley's website but a dealer may have one in stock.
I recommend you should check them before you put everything back together again.
Great tip! Wouldn't be good to button it all back up only to find out something is wrong.
Does it come with a template of where to drill the holes? I would be installing on a new tour pack (Chopped) that has never had a light installed on it.
I don't believe it does but this is how I'd go about installing it.
Tape some pieces of paper together to get a size that would cover the entire light. Trace light shape on paper, then cut out shape. Temporarily tape paper pattern to back side of light and transfer hole location through paper. Place light on tourpak to find exact location and mark top of each side for a reference where to hold paper pattern. Align pattern with marks on tourpak and temporarily tape in place to transfer hole locations.
looking like dodge rearend
@@motorcycleden lol true.. also read the antenna is built into the light casing. be curious if the cb antenna is as well..
@@dougm5231 I read that about the antenna too but not sure if that's true. I would've thought there would be a place to hook up the antenna like on the factory light and there wasn't. I also read there's a relocation kit for the antenna. Who know?
I thought it was a Dodge Charger on the thumbnail.
Lol. You're the third person to mention it looking like a Dodge. It definitely looks similar. I didn't even think that when I seen them at the dealer but now that people mentioned it, I see the resemblance. Wonder if that's where Harley got their inspiration for them?
Hey
What was the cost & Do they have a lifetime warranty like custom dynamics?
The price is comparable to other manufacturers lighting but it is not a lifetime warranty. I don't think HD warrants anything for life. I'm pretty sure they're only warranted for 1 year.
I do believe they are the nicest looking tourpak lights on the market for now.
I watched this video and bought the lights from Harley the same day. I had just received my lights from Custom Dynamics and will be sending them back. Hands down this Signature light matches well to my 23 CVO SG. I like the fact there are no provisions for radio or cb, keeps it nice and clean looking.
We are happy with ours. I like the look of them over the others on the market.
