While I think she has a great signing voice, I think she lacks the emotional depth it takes to pull this character off. (At least in this scene) It’s like she’s singing but doesn’t know why or what she’s signing about.
While I love Christina I do understand where you are coming from,, an example of Christina having such raw emotion in her singing is when she played raven on bat out of hell, I recommend giving it a listen as it's such an amazing show
If you compare this to the other videos and performances, it is incredibly flat. I put this down to it being the last performance- she was incredible live when I went to see her in this & the emotion was there!
i agree, this performance definitely wasnt her best but when i saw her live it was phenomenal and im gonna judge her based on that as it was so much better than this video portrays
let me guess, you never saw her live just like everyone else with this opinion... you literally can't even see her face in this video, so not sure how you can gauge her 'emotional depth'...
@@Amy-zq5kn i saw her live on July 17th, i have the photos to prove it, it mightve just been a bad performance as she was probably emotional with it being closing night
She seems so lacklustre here. Her voice is great, but she chose some strange timings on some vocals, and just moved around the stage. Shame - I wanted a bit more drama
I'm sorry, but after listening to this song performed by Carrie Hope Fletcher, I no longer perceive anyone else. They seem to be weaknesses. But I really like the voices of other performers
If I had a voice like that I would never shut up.
Man the performance of JD is just in another level
Also, Simon Bailey........now playing The Duke in Moulin Rouge!

Do you also have Candy Store?

Wow, her timing of the words seems really weird and lackluster. Unfortunate.

Not an enjoyable veronica! Never hit!
