I have passed C1 level exam of German but I don't have any work experience and I am doing digital marketing course so can I get internship in Germany from India ?

Nothing to do with residence permit, your visa is also fine to work

The course name might not be the same, but you need to look into course curriculum for this.

There is nothing free.. although there is no tuition fees you need to pay semester contribution but thats just 200-300euros per sem. Plus you need to manage your own expenses
