I just got mine yesterday. Same one as this. To be totally honest..... It works beautiful but you CANNOT have ANY TYPE of wind or it won't flow down. Instead it just drifted off into the air. I'm going to see if I can find a glass enclosure..... So that I can always see it flow nicely without not worrying about a fan/AC/ect. Also it's very small. Any waterfall cones that have a rose cone scent will have this colored smoke, I have some waterfall cones and only the pink ones do this, any other color won't.
I've seen people make their own incense cones just like the ones sold with this fountain. Cinnamon. I ordered the fountain and 200 cones. I hope they work. That's a lot of cones. The fountain, 200 cones and shipping was $61.92. I saw where it said the cones were $3.99. I clicked on it, thinking I'm paying $4 for a box. Got my invoice. It was 200 cones for $39.98! Oh, well. I'll have a supply tbat'll last me a looonnnngggg time. 😁
Jorge Perez depending on what type of backflow cone you get will be the factor for small intensity. Some cones are small and some are large. The best cones I’ve found are on Etsy.

How does it work??
You place the incense cone over the hole on the burner. You light the cone and the smoke comes out of the bottom after a few minutes.
Does the cone last for only 5 minutes?
It depends on the size cone that you buy. The smaller ones last about 5-15 mins. Some larger cones I've had have lasted about 40 mins.
