It features 7 live versions of songs from the „Judgement Day“ album including „Soldier stands solitarily“. And of course also the pre-releases „Rising“ and „We are the resurrection“, which was the opening track for this show.
Everytime I listen to Japanese female metal/rock bands, the drummer sounds like they're beating on those drums like they owe them money, and when the camera pans to them, you see a 5ft something pixie of a girl just happily wailing away on those drums.... And I'm all for it. Just watching Haruna happily smiling and banging away on those drums is pure joy.😁😁😁
I think this is one of my favorite Lovebites songs. I love that Haruna really stands out in this song and she's so cute with her smiling, stick twirls, conducting, and that double bass! Then Miyako's switching back n forth between the piano and guitar is so smooth, and Midori's amazing solo. The base line is really clear here too and Asuna's voice is just wonderful. I just feel like this song really highlights each member's abilities very well.
They're phenomenal ! And we haven't yet seen and heard the live version of Judgement Day, Lost in the Garden (also with Miyako on the piano), dissonance and above all Soldier Stands Solitarily with the same audio/video quality !
