For the blade / hand tension issue I would recommend heating that up with a blowdryer and it will become extremely pliable and easy to place

But I did have 1 wing tip that is a bit broken but not fully. Not sure what to do - take it off and glue it or leave it alone.

Man did you know the human eyed portrait of Tsukiyama is figurama store exclusive bonus head ? They sended you bonus head instead of the regular head with the ghoul eyes
