Russian overkill and this mod have only the power excess in relation. RO every other weapon fired a nuke, one can skip a level, and even black hole. This mod has a story and a reason behind the powers and weapon upgrades, resulting in being way cooler and being able to put more time into this mod than you could just "testing all the weapons in RO and then uninstalling". The only way this mod could be better is if the creator had maps/enemies with health differences and stats to result in having to upgrade and get more powerful weapons to fight the harder enemies.
The fact that it works with Strife AND changes some of the images for the cutscenes to hilarious effect AND has custom dialouge for mostly all NPCs AND has a slider so you actually can lower the amount of damage you do ao you could play it mostly normally AND many more things just relsted to strife convinces me that Pillowblaster = God.
There was someone who combined the previous version of Guncaster with Project Brutality. If he combines THIS version with the NEW PB, I will have no choice but to build a shrine so that I may worship him. (Also, you didn't even fully upgrade the BFG.)

BFG not only kills all enemies in the map but also in the rest of the game, and other wads that you hope to play. It also just so happens to vanquish all evil in all games in all time lines. love it :)
It works with only Doom, Heretic, and Hexen from what I recall, few mods have Strife compatability, because my undestand is it's a serious pain in the ass to make stuff compatable with it.
I didn't see any issues. All I saw is softpoly rendering seems to break with sprites when you look at some angles, but I don't know if that's GC causing it.

You know, there's tons of mods that make ridiculous guns that destroy everything, but I have yet to see a mod that creates monsters that can be a challenge to the player when they have those weapons. I wanna see a dynamic mod that increases the challenge with every weapon you pick up and upgrade!!

Demon Mask, bro: Cygnis grows to the size of a cyberdemon, and his forearm thrusts & fist-palm thrusts fill a room with flames, and he NFL linebacker charges to instantly kill anything from a nest/teleport ambush of archviles to cyberdemons. Almost as hilariously ridiculous as PillowBlaster’s other masssively overpowered mod, Russian Overkill.

Lol yeah I don't really see his issue with the chaingun, it does what a good chaingun does admirably: mist lesser and mid tier enemies in a jiffy. Not EVERY weapon can be overwhelmingly powerful feeling because then none would.

You missed the power armor with mini BFGs as arms with feral dragon strength to rip and tear everything into a super bloody mess that it would make the 2016 doom slayer blush.

Something that might be worth mentioning; if you run a gore mod like Ketchup, the demons won't drop loot when you kill them (except Lost Souls and Pain Elementals since they don't leave a corpse).
you forgot the Nuke lunching powersuit you can still upgrade the bfg with blue tiberium and than its nuke more and how about 4 super quads? yes if you find a new ironblast and got a one before you can have 2 normal and 4 with gunzerk just make it to the Familiar befor you pick up the new one than just activate gunzerk and go on ironblast and here you go 4 super quads that blew shit up and this can still be upgradet if you buy the extremesphere than you got 2 of the little wyvern familiars and 4 shotguns or 2 shotguns and bare powersuit fists if you got the bishop
and you can use the orange ball makes you immortel realyl nice music play keeps ammo full and you can jump 5 minuts to ripp and tear the whole map whiout dying coast only 10.000 coins
What exactly are all the functions for that powersuit? So far all I've figured out is the super aerial stomp by hitting crouch mid-air, and charging up the barehanded attack for a crazy combo. The text said something about an arm cannon I think but it wasn't clear, and was gone from the screen before I could fully read it anyway.
Reloading your fists...that's actually rather obvious now that I think about it, in light of that being the button for the scope on the railgun and the ironsights on the pistol. Thanks!
Also I wish I could combine this with the monster pack from an old forgotten mod called Real Guns Hardcore. It is basically just a COD MW2 weapon mod but the enemies in that are some of the toughest you'd ever see, and being able to go toe to to with enemies like that with mods like this would make things a hell of a lot interesting.

I think the Ironblast qualifies as the most satisfying weapon in any game or indeed any form of media. Ever.

i love this mod to death i played thru every level of maps of chaos with this guy back to back without a break and beat every map with few deaths
