只看到雞蛋7.6aud ，再說原價不到3aud，我就看不下去了！ 用不同等級的 雞蛋 混淆 觀眾，有意思嗎？ 一般而言，澳洲 疫情前到四年後的現在， 有著 30%-50%的 物價漲幅；而在影片中 誤導為 兩倍以上😂

I am always looking for discount of shares. Whenever there is a price drop I buy some more. You can set a price limit on a share and when it drops below your set price it will buy for you without constant checking. In the early 1990s mortgage interest was around 16%. So the current 6.19% isn't too bad. I check my rate 10 years ago in 2014 and it was around 8%. The cheapest eggs in supermarket's own brand is around $5/doz, same pre-COVID was around $2.60. I installed solar panel and battery and now paying very little on my electricity fee. I also bought a hybrid car where 1 litre gives 20km mileage. Only buy grocery on special and stock up. Some like Costco if there is a big family, but I don't and their store is too far and too crowded for me.
