Building My Dream Shop House Part 8: 450FT Cedar Fence & Plumbing Complete!

Today we finally finish the 450ft span of fence with solid cedar posts the entire way and go over the shop house. Completing all of the electrical and plumbing and getting one step closer to finishing the house! Next will move on to the AC!

Looking good Noah. That fence came out nicer than I thought it would, looks like your happy with it!
The washing machine drain isn't right, the trap set up you have is called a S Trap. With a washing machine dumping water into it. it will most likely gurgle and siphon itself dry and smell. Looks like a easy fix from here.

If you ever get a smell in your laundry you need a vent on your washer line and you installed a s trap that self siphons and Lowe’s the water level causing a smell

I think the cedar fence is a Texas thing. I've never seen it in my area. So im not a huge fan. I appreciate the hard work. Shop looks great.
