Blaney is my second favorite driver & as a blaney fan all the pain we go through there couldn’t have been a better place,time & celebration then that🐐🐐🐐
Well, they can't seem to do the old "cut a tire down and let the guy slide up into the outside wall next turn" maneuver in the Gen 7s, so I guess now they just hook them head-on into the wall. That shit's gonna get somebody killed or seriously injured. I'm glad they parked Chase for a race. And next time somebody causes a wreck like that intentionally, park 'em for two races. And that's the worst front-end damage I've seen yet with a Gen 7. The only two other wrecks I can think of with that level of car damage were both with Kyle Larson...the Larson/Ty Dillon hit at Indy road, and Ryan Preece T-boning Kyle and breaking his right-side door bars.

I’d actually say that Larson’s hit at Vegas was worse than Denny’s. Larson’s hit occurred during a season filled with concussions, the next gen was still unsafe. This season they made it have a little bit more give during a crash so it dissipates the energy more safely. Non the less, still fucking stupid for both incidents. Still though, Elliott made it at least look a little accidental, Bubba sure as hell didn’t.
Yeah Elliots looks more accidental as the slightest contact to the right rear cam send it sideways (not saying it was an accident) but chasing someone down the whole f*cking track and hooking their right rear that hard is way worse

There’s been hits harder than that head on rear end hits that haven’t been fatal, but if because they were fatal decades ago then why doesn’t nascar stop having races? Also so bubbas wouldn’t have been fatal back then? If we had the cars from decades ago larson would’ve been upside down probably in the catch fence while Denny still would’ve been a head on hit. If these crashes are too dangerous why do they host races knowing they can die? It’s because they can’t. Denny wasn’t injured in this. Sure he felt sore but that’s how it is in any crash. Just getting bumped at martinsville can make you a little sore in the morning

I don't think anyone could get killed these days without a freak 1 in a million incident occurring, but a head on hit is more dangerous than a flip. Not arguing about which right rear hook was worse, they're both equally bad, but just in general, head on crashes are the worst impacts in nascar
I think Bubbas was more egregious, For how far out of his way he had to go to take out Larson. But where Chase Elliott turned Hamlin is a more dangerous spot on the track. Since Las Vegas dogleg Is a lot rounder, where Charlottes is a lot squarer. I think Bubbas is slightly worse because it was during the playoffs. But regardless, they’re both pretty bad and they both deserve a suspension like they both got.
